Smooth order process via DoorDash. Bagel itself tasted decent. Would have preferred the avocado not chopped in small bits so it wouldn't fall out so easily. It got annoyingly messy as every bite created droppings of sauce and avocados falling. The iced coffee should have options for cream and extra sugar. I would have appreciated if it also came with a straw as the lid wasn't good for drinking from it. Overall I wouldn't mind ordering from them again if I am going to LAX. read more

I remember when i would order a bagel with shmear and the shmear was oozing out of the warm bagel. Delish! HOWEVER, that was no longer the case today! I ordered through the app. BARELY any shmear. I chose the Preztel bagel because i was really craving extra salt, but i think they gave me a regular plain bagel! Not cool Noah's Bagel, not cool at all. I also added coffee, but they were out of both the dark and regular roast. I was in a hurry so just got the vanilla hazelnut instead. Customer service is so horrible that I stopped visiting the Douglas location. However, I visited today because I was near and didn't want to visit my usual location on Rosecrans! Again, customer service was bad; I asked for a bag & knife and the lady practically threw the bag at me and never gave me a knife. I ordered the farmhouse sandwich with double egg and I would rate it a 10/10: the bun was toasty, softy and crunchy. the egg, cheese and bacon were filled with flavor. They are soft and a little chewy with a nice flavored whipped cream cheese spread better than Philadelphia cream cheese. Pretty standard Noah's location but I had several problems with them. Sorry can't give five stars. Multiple times I've ordered bagels to go, only to discover that I received someone else's, completely wrong orders. Fixing bad orders is never a problem, employees here are more than willing to do it but sometimes I could be miles away or even back at home when a problem is discovered. I love the little courtyard area they have outside though and it's probably the main reason why I continue to come here. Early morning, cup of coffee with a tasty, toasty cream cheese bagel. Service is exceptionally slow. If they say 10 minutes it'll be 20+. It's well staffed but wildly inefficient. I haven't seen this many employees produce such little outfit in a long time. If you become a regular, they might just hook you up with a cookie or 2.

The host was warm, our waitress was attentive, and she walked us through the specials without it feeling like a performance. The Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, and crab mafalda were all solid. You got it! Sorrento's Italian Market here in Culver City! Now supposedly over the weekend they're going to make up for their surprise and lack of common courtesy by taking me to some nice restaurant apparently! I'll believe it when I see it. Settled on some hard salami and the sheer smell that emanates from the market. You've heard of or better yet even witnessed the smell that emanates from Pirates of the Caribbean? Well, Sorrento's market has its own unforgettable smell, and it usually winds up in a net gain of about 5 to 10 lb for your waistline. So other than some hard salami, I was sure to get the you know what out of here quickly! But do come by folks! Come from near and come from afar. My family just came from New Orleans (which happens to be the 1st city-yeah even before New York...that saw Sicilians specifically bring their great cuisine to this land) and the first thing they wanted was some hard salami from Sorrento's 2,000 miles away! Lol The spirit of Sorrento's market lives on through current owner Albert Vera Jr, who continues to do his father, mother, and the city of Culver City proud. It's not Culver City if there's not a Vera somewhere, somehow.

But the whole thing is more hype than revelation. The bread does a lot of the talking here, maybe too much. The filling felt light for the size of the sandwich, which makes the whole thing eat a little more like a very good loaf with some ingredients passing through. You also really need to eat it there. Give it too much time and the structure starts to collapse into soggy bread and regret. Not bad. Not amazing. Just a solid sandwich that got treated like a religious experience by the internet.

The tortilla is really great, nice and soft however, a nice grill on the outside would have been nice. They are good solid burritos but nothing particularly special. I wish the hash browns were a bit crispier and the house salsa had more pizazz to it. But it was regular ol' salsa. My boyfriend really liked their saying "in burritos we trust" and their little logo of the burrito. They had shirts for sale and we asked about it. My boyfriend would have definitely bought one if they had one in his size but they were sold out :( I would come back to Phannys if I'm in the area looking for a good burrito and for the shirt. Would visit again but they need some food.
