She went to retrieve it and quickly returned, but I unfortunately did not like her technique. She used her arm and elbow as her main technique of giving the massage and I prefer hands with the arm/elbow more so as a supplement, not the other way around. In addition to not enjoying the massage, people were speaking loudly right outside the door and heating up smelly food. I was in the first room right across from the break room. I ended the service early because it was not enjoyable or relaxing. When I went to pay I was charged for 30 minutes, which was right where I ended the service, but I was not offered a discount even after sharing that I didn't like the service and explained the reasons why.
