Went here because it was close to my house, price was reasonable, and I need a tan for a bridal shower and to get a jump start for my wedding. I won't go back. I bought a week unlimited. I am pale so I have to ease into my 20 min. On my 4th visit, I asked for 15 min. The associate put me in for 20. That night, I was burned and had severe stripes. So the associate did not listen and I have stripes. This tells me the bulbs were not all the same strength and not sure if this bed was serviced. Needless to say, I don't want to be striped in a strapless wedding dress. Service recovery was mediocre. I went in to complain the first time at 10:30am (the store was to open at 9am). The store was closed. I went back that afternoon and was told the manager would call me. A week later no call, I called back. The manager finally called me, left message and blamed her employee for not calling me. She offered me another week complimentary over the phone. I went in when the manager said she was working, reintroduced myself, and explained my complaint. The manager did not seem to care nor apologize for her employee putting me in for too long, nor for me being burnt and striped. I asked for my money back because I am not sure I want to subject my skin to this recklessness again. She said she couldn't do that at first and after asking for the owners name and the company that services her beds, she gave me my money back. Some take away for the manager and employees: own your mistakes, don't pass the buck to your employees to handle your business, listen to your clients on the time they want to be in a bed, service your beds especially number 7 and make sure your employees are at work on time. I did get my money back so this was resolved, but I would never go back to this salon. read more

Wasn't very impressed. I chose to go to this salon for my first ever spray tan experience because other online reviews were fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience does not mirror the other good reviews. I went first thing in the morning when they opened on a Saturday. The attendant that morning was very friendly, very helpful a and explained the entire process to me. The whole thing was painless and easy. My dis-experience comes in at the tan itself. I'm very pale, which means any color at all should have showed up. What I got was slightly less pale legs, very dark brown/orange hands and forearms, slightly less pale biceps and shoulders. My stomach and boobs were super splotchy and it looks more like I have a skin disease than a tan. Being a first time customer, I got a buy one-get one free. So I'll probably try it again down the road and hope the results turn out a little better, but my hopes aren't that high. All in all, I'm really disappointed. Due to the fact that I can't use standard tanning booths or spend large amounts of time in the sun, I was hoping the spray tan thing could be a regular thing. I have been tanning here for 10+ years, and like supporting local businesses. This location is always very clean (which is the #1 most important thing to me) and offers both tanning beds and Versa Spa self-tanning. The Versa Spa is reasonably priced and offers several levels of darkness based on your goals. My only issue with this location is their front desk staff, which is either hit or miss. Most of the staff are extremely helpful, but today was a major miss. I purchased a package 2 days ago and the girl allowed me to use the online coupon without printing it. Today, when my husband purchased a package, we were told we needed to print it to receive the discount. Bottom line- discounts should be easy on the customer, not difficult. Most businesses reduce paper waste by allowing customers to show coupons on the smartphone. When I mentioned that previous girls have allowed the discount without printing, her response seemed snarky. She said, " I don't know, I wasn't there." That was a major miss. Normally, I would give a 4 or 5, but not until they reconsider that silly policy. read more

Went here because so many people I know go here. It's seems alright, decent beds, cheap versa sessions and packages. But seen the monthly membership prices!! Outrageous! $50 a month for the base bed, it's only $20 at palm beach! But if memberships aren't for you, they have other great deals. read more

I have heard amazing thing about No Sand Tan, so I went in this morning to purchase a tanning package or spray tan package, I had a few questions and the women really couldn't answer my questions, so I told her I would think about it and come back, so I'm hoping when I go back tonight there will be someone who can help me. read more

This place is a rip off. You are better off going to sunset tanning salon. I only came here because it was closer to my house. All they do is stand outside and smoke, and they act like it's an inconvenience when you show up to tan. Never again! read more

Went in at 4:45 seen closed on the door ( sign says they close 15 mins early ) since I seen people sitting in there I figured at the most I'd ask if they were close the girl says yes they close 15 mins early ( younger girl was nice about it ) I said ok what are the hours the other lady ( nasty said there are signs all over the place ! we close 15 mins early quote it says it right on the door ) yes I seen this I gathered that much hence the reason I asked the ( hours ) not professional what so ever to talk to a customer in that tone and simply answer with a " there's signs all over the place " if I seen the signs would I ask ?! Use to love this place tho I don't go often but never experienced being spoken to this manner and will defiantly make it known that it is not professional clean beds poor customer service with this individual my husband would be ashamed of him self if he spoke to his clients this way or conducted business with that kind of attitude read more

I have been to a handful of tanning salons and this one was by far the worst. Some of the staff was friendly but the owners DO NOT know how to run their business. I had a life threatening surgery and asked if they could freeze the rest of my month until I was able to tan again, (which was no extra cost to them) and they denied my request. They weren't very cleanly, and for what I paid, it is just very ignorant that they couldn't freeze the rest of my time I had until I was able to tan again. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't give 0! read more
