Everyone is really cool here and the beds are nice . Lots of parking and they keep u moving through here . Your usually to your bed in a few minutes if not right away . read more

Loving this place. Each time I come without an appointment there is no wait! Many beds, many options of levels and reasonable pricing to get your tan. This place is clean and staff is super friendly. Staff will also inform you of recommendations on how to get your desired tan. I can't wait to go back and try the spray tan for the first time! read more

I signed up for a monthly membership here and it was explained to me that if I wanted to cancel my membership that I would have to let them know by a certain date. I said no problem went in a few times that month and tanned and about 4 days prior to the cancellation I went in and asked to cancel my membership, the girl behind the counter said are you sure you want to cancel today because if you do it cancels that day and they will not allow me to tan even though I had 4 days left in that month for the membership. I paid for a month, I should be able to tan for the entire month! I thought wow okay that's not fair but whatever, and left. The last day for my membership I called Palm Beach Tan and said I would like to cancel my membership. The girl on the phone told me I can't cancel the membership over the phone that I would need to come in to sign a piece of paper stating I was cancelling. I said excuse me, I got so mad I just hung up. I have been tanning for a very long time now and have been to lots of tanning salons and none of them did business like this! Maybe I would of understood this if I was told when signing up for this membership that I had to physically come in to cancel it. That was never explained to me. I would stay far away from this place! Their crooks with their obnoxious membership rules! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! They shouldn't even receive one star! read more

I came to this location because it is closer to my house. I use the diamond bed. This location doesn't have the bed I use at the Arbutus location. I was not explain this until I got completely undressed and in the room. I lean out the door to let her know this isn't the bed she said oh we don't have the one you use. So here I am trying to use a new bed for the first time and she never even took the time to explain to me how to use the bed. I had the fan and ac completely off because I felt like the bed wasn't getting hot. The girl who checked me in was so busy talking to other staff at the front she didn't bother to see if i needed help to work it. Then as I go to leave they just continued talking no thank you, see you next time. I will stick to the Arbutus location. I would never return to this location especially after knowing it would be my first time Using that bed and you didn't bother telling me nor showing me how to use the bed. read more

Brought my teenager in for a spray tan before a cheer competition. Was greeted warmly and the options were explained, although I couldn't really understand how the two machines were different. We ended up in the machine that, reading between the lines, would create a tan you could actually see. So my daughter went in the booth and followed the instructions exactly. She came out freckled. I approached the front desk and asked if this was expected. Was told to have my daughter pat her skin (strange, but ok). Did that, and no surprise-no change to the outcome. And THEN, was told, "Yeah, that machine has been doing that lately." Excuse me? You KNEW the machine wasn't working correctly and happily took our money??? No thanks, definitely won't be back. read more

i really loved tanning here. I moved and this place is a little out of the way so I left but I miss it. I never tanned in the lowest bed so I cant say anything about them but all the other beds from gold up were nice and roomy. Their platinum beds were amazing....they would spray you with a nice cool mist and even had aroma therapy.They are on the pricier side. I would usually take advantage of their sales they would have. Never have I ever joined a tanning salon and actually felt welcomed. I've gone through a few memberships over the years, but this one is totally different. Everyone is educated and makes you feel comfortable. They say hi and bye to every person walking in. The beds are amazing. Brendan is always so helpful and a joy to talk to. He definitely has helped me out with my figuring out my membership and lotions. :) read more

Where do I even start to discribe the feeling I get not just walking through the door but the happy feeling I have just planning to go in tomorrow! Stacey!!!! I'm struggling with stage lV breast cancer and it's complicated world that I've​ become a citizen of. I decided one down day I was going to do something to HELP me feel good about myself. Stacey had suggested the mystic tan and boy did I feel fantastic. She is bubbly and shows pure empathy. Now I'm not suggesting that you need to change the color of your skin to look pretty but for me it makes me FEEL happy and pretty and that is the RX I was looking for.
