We inspected the place ourselves and found holes on the wall, behind the refrigerator, and behind the kitchen cabinets and the walls. The technician of Queens Pest Control missed all these holes. He stayed in our place for only around 15 mins and did not move our furnitures and appliances to check thoroughly.
