He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. It is a very nice community. I would say mostly all owners but some do rent, maybe 30% just a guess. It's a small pleasant community. The only negative thing I can say is the monthly hoa fees have increased more than they should which is making it harder and harder to afford along with property and school tax it's getting hard to manage. I have a few friends sell because of the hoa fees and assessments.
