The man at the front desk was so kind and promptly asked one of his mechanics to come out and take a look. The mechanic was amazing and kind and messed with the latch a bit and got it to work! I contacted them, took if it in for them to do and initial inspection & take pictures. They said no problem and made my appointment for 6 days later. After the truck sitting at their shop for another 5 days they called me and said they don't have anybody qualified to work on aluminum body vehicles. Ford F150 trucks have been aluminum since 2015. There is no excuse good enough to account for my unnecessary inconvenience and 11 days of waisted time. on top of that, it looked like they wiped all the dry erase inspection markings off with mud puddle water and left weather stripping dragging on the ground when they brought me the truck.
