They've got cute interior design, an adorable dog (shoutout money), and a massage at the end. Every person who has done my nails has been kind and talented. I walked in with no idea what I wanted and walked out with gorgeous nail design! I live no where close to the salon but will always travel to get my nails done by her because she is that talented! I seriously don't understand how they have such a high rating on here - the people who work here have no respect for their customers and are extremely money hungry. I came here prior to a vacation to get a gel manicure (hoping it would last the whole trip and over a week). The nails lasted under 5 days (see photo included) and totally ruined my nails - they also looked horrible when they finished and the woman totally rushed through them. I came back after my trip to see if there was a way to get some type of credit or refund since the service they provided did not meet the standards normal customers should expect from a gel manicure and the women who worked there basically laughed in my face and said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I paid $120 (before tip) and at first I was kinda upset for the price because the Chrome I requested didn't show up that much on the nails but then they lasted 5 weeks and withstood multiple difficult things hitting my nails or almost snapping them but didn't hurt at all!! I don't really understand the hype. Been a couple times now for gel manicures. I love the nail designs, the light massage, and the little dog is so sweet but I have found several problems during my visits. Every time I call to make an appointment, the girl on the other end gets defensive and has a bit of an attitude. I wonder if it is because I had to cancel a couple of times but more recently when I call she just says "no appointments available" without any offerings for a new time. Could also be a language barrier? Even though it's gel I would typically find a longer lasting manicure at other places but find my nails are chipping and breaking only after a couple or three weeks here. I think there's something to the gel technique they use that make the paints seem heavier on the nails so if you're on the more sensitive or weaker side the nails break faster. The price points are also out of control. I understand it's the city but I just asked for little hearts on two nails and got charged an extra $10-15 for the designs. They tend to advertise it's such a good deal but no way? There are better deals. read more

Was excited to try this spot and it was a disappointment. Let me first say I LOVE dogs ( I work at a dog rescue) When I walked in to the salon, my nail tech was playing with her dog at her work station. Her dog than was standing on her work station. She didn't wash her hands or the work station before wanting to do my hands. I asked her too please clean her station so she wiped down the station but did not wash her hands. Awkward start and only got worse. Each nail shape is different on each nail. She didn't clean under my nails. The polish is streaky. Overall not a good experience. read more

Honestly this place is hands down AMAZING! It is everything you are looking for in a mail salon. The salon is really clean and new and the technicians are very professional and kind. The designs are amazing and the staff is so patient in accepting requests. The technicians are more experienced than other places I have been to and they really take there time and don't rush you like other places do. I didn't realize "No Nail" Salon meant that I would ultimately end up with no nails! This salon lacks integrity and respect for its customers, unfortunately. They are greedy for money rather than valuing the support of their customers. I was initially so excited to visit this salon! I was visiting NY from CT, only for the wedding over the weekend. I ended up paying $202 for a gel mani and basic pedicure ($38) on Friday. I gave a $20 tip, even though I didn't get the complimentary shoulder massage I noticed others getting. On Sunday night, to my disappointment, while reaching into my backpack for a new outfit my nail popped right off! This is when I noticed the two adjacent fingernails were lifting and would be ready to come off at any moment. I was not upset by this, only surprised. I decided to return to the salon before I had to travel back to CT. When I described the issue to the store owner, she offered to redo my nails, but I let her know I was on a time crunch and didn't have the space to do that. I let her know I would need a refund for the manicure since I saw other nails coming up and would need to deal with that throughout the week. She initially offered to only refund $50 out of the $220 total I paid. I let her know that the pedicure was fine but that I would not be able to walk around with one hand undone, to which she responded I should! I had told her I was a dentist and needed to travel so I could get back in time for work, to which she responded that someone needs to pay for the time so I should understand. I let her know that in my line of work if my product fails I have to eat the cost for the patient. Throughout this interaction she kept interrupting and yelling at me, to which I said "That's okay, since you keep interrupting me, I will let you speak instead." She was extremely rude and loud, constantly speaking over me. By the end of the conversation I let her know I felt extremely disrespected. I would highly HIGHLY recommended going to a different nail salon. Save your time and a LOT OF MONEY. read more

Had dip powder nails done. At the end, there was red on my fingers that I asked to clean up. They did a little. They said most would wash off, which is true, but there are parts that I will have to clean up myself. I havent had this problem at other salons, but it is my first time with a deep red (i have done deep green with nothing stuck to my skin after) After I washed my hands the woman doing my hails moved on to someone else while another woman quickly put a coat of gel polish on. It is the next morning and the top gel coat has already peeled off of 2 fingers. We'll see how it lasts... read more

Disappointed with my experience and the outcome of my appointment. I had to wait 45 minutes as my nails were soaking in acetone because of improper time management. My nail tech was very kind; however, the lack of attention to detail has left me feeling dissatisfied. I was not given the option to wash my hands after my powder was applied and shaped before the clear coat, so some of my nails are bumpy and uneven because the leftover "nail shavings/powder" from filing dried down onto my manicure. I waited a long time for my pedicure and it only lasted 10 minutes. I think this was because they had another customer enter the store, but I felt sad that my time was cut short considering what I paid for. Not pleased with final result. read more

I went in for dip powder on Monday and by Wednesday one of my nails had already broken/chipped I went in Thursday to get it fixed. They were very kind about fixing the nail and I really appreciated that. The next day 2 more nails had chipped so I went back yet again to have them fix the nails. Not even a few hours later another one of my nails chipped. The fact that my dip hasn't gone a day and a half without chipping is a huge red flag. The staff was very kind about fixing my nails but I do not have the time to keep going back everyday. For $55 plus tip my nails should be lasting at least 2 weeks. 4 nails chipped in 4 days is not acceptable read more
