Birria tacos
Jenee' J.

We saw all the reviews on Facebook about this place and decided to order it through DoorDash. We got 2 orders of the Quesabirria tacos and the birria fries. The tacos were HUGE. We ate them for lunch and dinner because there was so much meat and huge tortillas. They were so juicy and cheesy and still flavorful even after waiting for the delivery. The fries didn't make the trek very well at all... they were pretty soggy so we saved them to reheat in air fryer later because we were so stuffed! Needless to say the reheat in air fryer that night worked out well. They were COVERED in cheese and meat and again super juicy on top of crispy fries. These fries portion were massive by the way. I think they were the same price as 3 tacos but honestly could've been a full meal by itself. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Food is DELICIOUS! We got the Birria street tacos and this Ramenbirria. It was so good! We want to come back to try the Quasabirria next. Inside is decorated so cute. Parking is tricky. Can park in front or in back. Have to go down the ally inbetween the buildings. Definitely recommend this place!

Do not judge this spot by the exterior. It was DELICIOUS! 3 large Birria tacos with side sauce and onions/cilantro on the side for those who do not like. My husband and I could have shared one plate at $13.99 but with 2 we had enough for lunch the next day. So flavourful and great customer service. We will be back for more again!

The menu is pretty straight forward. They specialize in birria, so me and my cousin had the quesabirrias which comes with 3 tacos/consommé/sides. My only complaint was the wait - it was weird because when I finally realized the restaurant had cleared out and got up to go ask about our food, the waitresses both came out with our platters and were walking all fast to our table - like the food was just sitting somewhere & they decided to bring it out when I got up. The tacos were good but I could tell they were sitting because the cheese was firm and not melted like it normally is when fresh.

Carne asada tacos

We just seen this place and decided to give it a try in hopes of them able to provide catering to my daughters upcoming quincenerra. Not going to lie the place from the outside looks like a whole in the wall and trust me you can easily miss this place. I thought the best tacos in town were betos or another taco guy by downtown Ogden on 24th street well I found a new taco spot. The tacos, rice & beans are amazing they have three choices of meat carne asada, abodada (pork with pineapple) and birria. They also have fountain drinks but it's located in the back with the cooks so you can't refill it. They also have Mexican sodas in glass bottles. Maria the owner is super awesome she gave us military discount and although they don't offering catering we begged her and she obliged to our request. Highly recommend their food and restaurant you will not regret it may not be the fanciest of places but rest assured the service and quality of food is AMAZING! FYI we are not from Utah we are from California. But we just moved here!

Wow! Found this place on Yelp before a weekend trip out to Utah from California and it was better than I could have asked for. My boyfriend and I shared a bowl of the ramenbirria and some birriafries. OH MY GOSH! Spectacular! Not an exaggeration. I would drive 8 hours again in a heartbeat just to eat here. Plus the customer service is incredible. Highly highly highly recommend it!

Birriapizza!

Absolutely delicious!! We heard about this being new and headed out to try it a few weeks ago. We've already been back about 4 times. Haha. The pizza birria is huge and could feed an entire family. It costs $25 but could easily feed four adults so I think that's a pretty fair price. The sauce is amazing and the meat is tender, juicy and flavorful. The quesabirria is my most favorite!! It's crispy, greasy with cheese and delicious! Open it up and put the cilantro, onions and a few drops of that spicy brown sauce and wow! It is so good! My mouth waters as I write this. You get 3 birria for 13.50 which comes with onions, cilantro, green sauce and some extremely spicy brown sauce/oil on the side in little cups. Ah! I need some right now! We got the burrito last time which has been added to the menu since we first went. It was huge! My Husband didn't even finish it which is quite rare. I liked the burrito but didn't love that they put lettuce in it. We chose the carne asada and while it was good, the birria is where it's at. They added a kids pizza birria which is the perfect size for an adult. It's about the size of an 8" flour tortilla. Made the same way as the big one but just smaller. It kids meal comes with a drink for 7.50. I have yet to order the ramen and street tacos but they're on my list. We have eaten inside and gotten to go and both services have been great. The staff is friendly. The owner served us the first time we went but it was less busy that time. I didn't seen him out in the dining room any of the other times. I do think they need to hire more people because it is extremely busy and you have to wait a while to catch someone's attention. My only gripe is the last time we went, I waited and waited at the counter to order. They did see me and walked by me several times but didn't say anything. I wasn't sure what to do because all the other times, they have come to the table to take our order. There was a young boy at the counter playing on his phone. He looked about 12 so I didn't think he was actually working. After I stood there for about 10 minutes, I asked him if he could get someone to take my order. He said he could take it. Strange. He hasn't said anything to me the entire time I was at the counter. I do wish they had someone else taking the orders. The people working the register are also making food, serving it and prepping to go orders. They might need to work on the execution of everything but other than that, it's great. They've nailed the food and I'll go back even if I have to wait a little extra time because the crunch of those onions with the juicy meat....yum!

Quesabirria (3 individual quesadillas) comes in an order

In Ogden for work... was laying in my hotel bed exhausted and hungry. I was almost going to not bother with dinner, as I was so comfy in the sheets, but I love to take advantage new food when on the road for work, so I jumped on Yelp. I came across No Manches Way searching for food nearby, and from the pictures alone, I knew this was the place for me. I love small, hole-in-the-wall type of places and the food looked slutty good. Arrived around 8 pm and parked behind the restaurant. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by the owners with big smiles. It is family operated, clean and smelled fantastic! They're amazing 10 year old son "TT" jumped behind the counter, and with a big smile, began assisting me with what I should order. I came in for the Birriapizza, but was told it feeds 2-3 people, so TT recommended the Quesabirria, and a Mexican Coke in a glass bottle (the glass bottle makes them taste so much better). I took his recommendation. Within minutes my order was at my table. The Quesabirria (3 individual quesadillas) comes with a sides of cilantro, onion, lime, salsa verde, and a delicious broth for dipping. I was offered some of their special, let's just call it "Death Sauce," which consisted of 15 different peppers. They have a challenge where they will add 2oz of the pepper sauce to your order and if you finish it in 5 mins w/o drinking anything, you earn a spot of their "Wall of Flame." After a small sample, I passed. It has nice flavor, but tremendous heat. I did apply some to my Quesabirria throughout the meal, but 2oz would have had me suffering all night, if you know what I mean. TT and his father Israel (if I recall correctly) visited with me as I ate. I enjoyed the convo as I was dining solo. I discovered everything is made fresh, including the tortillas which were amazing! Perfect balance between soft and crunch!! The broth for dipping was phenomenal! Better than the taco truck near me back in Austin. No Manches Way was an amazing experience for this Texan. I usually avoid Mexican food outside of Texas, but I'm glad I took a chance. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Ogden. I was even told to call next time I'm in town and they would make me a special torta that isn't on the menu b/c I mentioned I love tortas while talking with the owners... that's the type of care and attention you don't get everywhere. Check out No Manches Way, I doubt you will be disappointed.

The last slice from the Pizzabirria. I'm excited to eat for lunch tomorrow!

This place was amazing! My best friend and I checked out this place last night and it was absolutely delicious! We shared a Pizzabirria and I would reccomend everybody try it as well. Most food from this type of cuisine tends to be a tad in the greasy side, especially as the food sits and cools down. However, the Pizzabirria is the exception to that as even when got down to the last slice there barely any grease on the tray. I'm reccomending to everyone in the area, as this place is a MUST!!

This place is awesome! The food is delicious and the servings are quite large. The restaurant is very cute, bright and lively. The customer service is great, as well. My only reason for one less star is because the prices are a bit outrageous. I highly recommended their #1!!! It was worth every penny!

A birthday surprise I'll never forget!…read more This restaurant came highly recommended by a former employee, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything impressed us. I tried a mezcal cocktail for the first time, the blueberry mezcal, and it was incredibly unique, smoky, slightly sweet, and just overall delicious. For food, we ordered the corn, poblano tamales, and the chorizo steak burrito. Every bite was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, so much so that we ended up taking leftovers home (always a good sign!). But the true highlight of the evening? The birthday celebration. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and I casually mentioned a birthday at the end of the month. She smiled and said, "Leave the rest to me." I had no idea what was coming... Suddenly, the entire bar lit up? iterally. Flames shot up like a volcano erupting, the staff came out with fire, bubbles, and this incredible energy. It felt like a full-on performance. Then came a rich chocolate cake soaked in liqueur that was just as dramatic as it was delicious. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. If you're looking for amazing food, creative drinks, and unforgettable celebrations, this place delivers on all of it. We'll definately be back.

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

If you told me that this place was your Hispanic friend's favorite spot I would not be surprised…read more We ordered three tacos (pollo, asada, and birria) and added cheese, lettuce and pico, and they were soooo good! There were a perfect size... they felt a little bigger than street tacos but not overbearing. I also dipped them in the green salsa that comes with the chips and damn, that salsa is good. My partner got 3 birria enchiladas smothered in red sauce and the flavors were all there. The only thing we should have done differently was ordered all 3 meats in the enchiladas. It was impossible to choose a favorite meat option. The rice was cooked to perfection and fluffy. And the beans were the perfect consistency. The server was incredibly sweet and attentive. The music was a perfect playlist of Spanish hip hop and pop. Idk what the lyrics mean but they are probably telling their friends how good this place The decor is so badass! It has a custom painted dia de muertos mural celebrating the city of Ogden. This place just feels like a love of the food. It didn't look like the cleanest place in the world but I didn't mind it. I got a couple different tacos and a gordita. My tacos came right out but my gordita took FOREVER! I'm a big fan of lengua and this was some of my favorite. I love the condiment bar they have to dress up your tacos. What I was really impressed with was their horchata.
