He was very up front that due to the type of crack it might not be successful. Got an appointment for the next morning. Technician was professional and explained very patiently what he was doing and showed me what was possible. It worked out better than expected and hopefully it will prevent the cracks from growing. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. Even worse, I had to bring the car back two more times because new issues kept coming up after the initial work. Each visit meant taking time off work and being without a car, which was very stressful.
