Buyer beware!! I…read moreopened a mailbox at this location in 2025 because I needed a mailing address for a business endeavor. I rarely get mail there, but needed the address. I received a notice to renew my box after one year. I went into the store in December 2025 and paid for another year. Today I went in to cancel my box because I am moving and no longer need this address. I never received any mail there, but paid for 2 years of box service. This was my choice. I was told that I didn't have a box there. Despite taking my money for a years service, for some unknown reason (they didn't even have a record of why they did it), they closed my mailbox in March. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't offer refunds on mailboxes. Even though they canceled the service I PAID FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY INPUT FROM ME, OR EVEN NOTIFYING ME, 1/4 of the way through the year, I was refused a refund. They did offer me 6 months of mailbox service, which does me absolutely no good since I am leaving the area! They screwed up and refused to take ownership of the mistake they made!

She managed the on-site portions of the process efficiently and communicated reasonably well during the sales and cleanout phase. However, once the sale was over, communication essentially stopped. I was told by Mari that she would send me the sale proceeds amounts that evening, but then I was completely ghosted for several weeks. After daily attempts to reach her with no response I had to send a formal message with a deadline stating that, if I did not receive a response and check I would be filing a police report. Only then did I receive a reply. The check that arrived was for only $1,100 for an entire home full of beautiful items, with no itemized list of what was sold or for how much. There was no transparency about pricing, totals, or how the proceeds were calculated. I felt taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time, and the lack of documentation and communication raises serious concerns about how funds from different estates are being handled. If you are considering using her, I would strongly suggest insisting on a detailed written report of itemized sales records and I would encourage you to sit at the sales monitoring items that were sold. From what I could see she list items at a high price and collects alot of unreported cash.

I let him know that it would be two separate moves as me and my boyfriend were moving in together and he said no problem. The guys got there right on time and were so great! When it turned out it wasn't as easy as initially thought he never mentioned anything about money, and was more concerned about damaging the fridge and property than I was.
