I especially love that there's some snacks but they also allow outside food (and there's pizza next door!). I made reservations that morning for an early dinner (happy hour daily from 4-6pm!). We grabbed a drink at the bar and brought it to our upstairs table overlooking the expansive whiskey library. I got the strawberry lemonade with tequila, my partner got a mule. Both drinks were truly excellent, crafted with quality and fresh ingredients/mixers. They went down very easy. I got the filet, cooked perfectly. My partner got the chicken which was so juicy and flavorful. We shared plates and loved every bite. The service was great. The meat was cooked perfectly and the other ingredients were fresh. It was one of the best meals we had on the entire trip, if not the best meals. We also tried the pistachio mousse dessert and it was very pretty but lacked a lot of pistachio flavor. A chocolate cup full of unflavored but rich whipped cream and a minuscule amount of pistachio flavored something that was holding the cup to the plate. We were mostly just confused by the name of the dish versus the experience. It was good just not pistachio mousse. We actually wondered if someone accidentally prepared it wrong. We were here for an anniversary and were given free champagne before our meal and offered more at the end which we declined because of all the other lovely drinks we'd had.
