Everyone from the company I worked with was extremely friendly, prompt, efficient and professional. Once I reached out to Donna, she got back to me very quickly and we set up an appointment so she see the project and quote the job. The work was scheduled for their next available day and that was fine with my schedule. As the date got closer, Susie from the office reached out to confirm and dropped a couple of supplies off so the flooring installer would have what he needed and not have to stop at the shop first. Luis arrived as scheduled and after an unexpected change in scope, he got right to work. Because of the scope change, the job ended up being two days instead of one, but it was worth it. The room is finally back in use and I couldn't be happier with that, or with the experience with Floor Coverings International.

Everyone we…read moreworked with was responsive, easy to communicate with, and very easy to get in touch with, even on weekends. When we were trying to make our carpet selection, Paul was able to send samples out quickly and made the whole process very straightforward. They were also incredibly flexible with scheduling. We had other work being completed in the house that kept running longer than expected, which forced us to push our carpet installation back several times. DeSitter was understanding and worked with us each time without making the situation difficult. The installation itself was excellent. Alfredo and his crew replaced all of the existing tack strip and were extremely careful around our newly installed and freshly painted baseboards and newly painted walls. We were especially concerned about damage since so much other work had just been completed, but the crew treated the house with a lot of care. The installers also stayed late on a weekday to make sure they remained on schedule and could completely finish the job the following day. Which was great because it was new carpeting throughout the entire house. That extra effort was very much appreciated. Overall, DeSitter was professional, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
