Rue is super patient and knowledgeable. I explained to her all my concerns and what I've tried and she guided me to my best options. I am still trying some od her advices but I am very pleased with our meeting. You can also meet online because of the Pandemic. I just think that your first appointment should be in person so she can take a real look to baby's latch, positions, etc. She is very busy so plan ahead. I know it could be impossible with a baby and with turning of events, but try your best so you can resolve any issue fast :) The meeting will be very private. You feel like all the attention is focused on you Bring all your stuff so she can take a look to it too.

Rue and Maria gave us all the information and support we needed to feel in control. The team guided us before, during, and after delivery, answering all sorts of questions my husband and I had. They also taught us a lot about the breastfeeding process and labor techniques. They made my labor and delivery experience so joyful, I have nothing but good things to say about The Perfect Push. If this is your first baby or felt like prior labor experiences could've been better, I highly recommend setting up a consultation and you'll see how they take care of you from the start.

They are knowledgeable, emotionally supportive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel safe and respected the entire time. They have solutions for everything and did so well educating me on health, nutrition, my body, pregnancy, and the delivery process. Every part of my experience with them felt intentional and thoughtful, from the amazing childbirth classes with Brooke, to their newborn specialist Diana who was such a huge support after delivery. Anita was always so helpful and kind as well. I always felt listened to, never rushed, and like I mattered to them. They went above and beyond for me in ways I'll never forget, and because of them I had not just one, but two of the most beautiful birth experiences I could have EVER imagined. I've never felt as safe and loved as I did here. I truly don't know how I would've survived without them. I feel beyond blessed to have found this birth center. They changed my life and I will forever be grateful.

This was my first home birth experience. As a patient I should be able to ask questions, express fears, in hopes to gain knowledge and reassurance back from my midwife. A few days later, I get a call from them saying they can no longer see me and think a hospital birth would be more fitting. Mind you, I am 31 weeks pregnant. Healthy pregnancy, no reason for a hospital birth. All I did was ask what they do in an instance of a mother bleeding too much, or tearing ect. They not only pocketed $1600 from me, but dropped me high and dry so late into my pregnancy because I asked what do they do in a "what if" instance were to happen. As mothers, and going the unmedicated home birth route, or even a birthing center route, we should be allowed and welcomed to talk about these types of things with our midwife. I am absolutely shocked from the care we have received from them and how we were so poorly managed. They claim they're a faith based Christian center, but I see no grace, compassion, or anything Christian about how we were handled. Mothers, please find somewhere else. Would hate for you to express or even ask a simple question and they take your money and drop you.

During my 36wks appointment I did a GBS Test on myself because she said she doesn't do them on patients she told me she is only interested in whats in my vagina to just stuck it in and not to worry about testing the anus too so I followed directions and handed the test to one of the two students she brought with her she told the student hand me that and put the GBS test in her pocket I ended up firing her and going to a place that would be able to help me but now she refuses to communicate with me on how to receive the fees for the remainder of the services I paid her for she will not be attending my labor or delivery she will not be giving postpartum care for the six weeks after either and this is a part of the contract that I signed.

It was the best decision we made for us and our baby. My labor and delivery ended up being the total opposite of what we had wanted/planned and Kaitlyn was the absolute best coach and comfort during the whole experience. Not only did she educate us on what to expect, but she made us feel confident as decision makers and parents - before our girl was even here! My birth experience was intense and I cannot imagine going through it without Kaitlyn by my side. There truly isn't a better advocate for mom and baby than a doula. We learned that the hospital and staff (while they were great) just aren't as invested in you as a family. Kaitlyn helped us see a tongue tie issuse as well which after we got corrected literally changed our breastfeeding experience when it was looking impossible. Kaitlyn will always be a special part of our family story. Doulas are so gifted and magical and you will never regret having one - especially Kaitlyn if you're lucky to have her!
