Records disappeared when I asked questions. Dr. Tina could not tell me what she had to kill in my system when I asked what the 250.00 visit had shown. In medicine if it's not recorded it did not happen. My daughter's records mysteriously disappeared to, when we asked to review the multiple visits. Even Dana thought this odd. Neither myself or my two daughters showed improvement. Type in the machines name read where it says patients must be connected to them for proper use according to the manufactor. After 4 months of visits they not only lost my records but my mothers as well , and you never know how much a visit is going to be due to quote needing other treatments but could never get any paperwork on what it was for or the cost . Not the place to go for holistic medicine or treatment !!! And was told i had a genetic disorder but was never tested for it, and treatments always made me much sicker . I have seen both Kris & Tina. Kris was great for adjustments no complaints there. However if you are going to see her for allergy acupressure don't. She never explained what she was doing or how it is supposed to work. I have struggled with health for a while trying to find something that will help. I saw her twice, first time she said I had a lot of issues, apparently more than I was aware of. So on the suggestion of her & office I bought package deal for treatments to get them cheaper. I used one on second treatment & she hit a nerve in back that caused pain for weeks even numbness in fingers. When I called to see if could cancel package till I could figure out what was going on so not to have permanent damage done. They said it is not refundable only you can transfer to family member. However, no one in family needs it. So, I'm out over $400 when asked if can just charge me full price for one treatment used & give difference back it was still not refundable, against their policy. So I don't suggest her at all. If need adjustment husband was great for that. Don't do allergy treatment or at very least don't buy package treatment. read more

we have sent all of our employees here in the past for random selection and pre employnent drug and alcohol testing and we have never had any problem until today. The receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude and they only take appointments. So they will turn you away if you don't have an appointment very inconvenient. They said that they have always had the appointment policy. I informed them that in the past we have always sent them in with no appointment and they always received them. After telling them that, that did not change anything. That is not the way you should treat customers. They should of tried to fit them in that day and do anything possible to get them tested that's called great customer service. We will be using someone else. read more
