Rue is super patient and knowledgeable. I explained to her all my concerns and what I've tried and she guided me to my best options. I am still trying some od her advices but I am very pleased with our meeting. You can also meet online because of the Pandemic. I just think that your first appointment should be in person so she can take a real look to baby's latch, positions, etc. She is very busy so plan ahead. I know it could be impossible with a baby and with turning of events, but try your best so you can resolve any issue fast :) The meeting will be very private. You feel like all the attention is focused on you Bring all your stuff so she can take a look to it too.

The team guided us before, during, and after delivery, answering all sorts of questions my husband and I had. They also taught us a lot about the breastfeeding process and labor techniques. They made my labor and delivery experience so joyful, I have nothing but good things to say about The Perfect Push. If this is your first baby or felt like prior labor experiences could've been better, I highly recommend setting up a consultation and you'll see how they take care of you from the start.

She has…read morebeen incredibly resourceful, helpful, and encouraging as I've had to navigate persistent thrush, supply trouble (over and now under), and lip and tongue tie revisions. Heather does an incredible job at seeing the whole picture and not just the symptoms you present - her approach is wholistic and I immensely appreciate that. Since my first consultation with Heather 5 months ago (when my second was born), she's continued to support me by responding to texts and emails. I'm so thankful!

I was struggling with latch, weight gain, and confidence. Even with my third baby, I felt like a new mom all over again. This was right after Easter during the height of the pandemic when everything was closed but luckily Heather was still available in person since I needed one on one hands-on help. The In-office consultation was so helpful! She really took her time with me and my baby, I didn't feel rushed. She took plenty of time to answer questions and learn about our history. Her office is clean and comfortable I felt like I could really be at ease and relax. Heather gave lots of tips and reassurance so I could feel confident in my nursing abilities. She was even available after the appointment through text and email to update and get additional help and support. Heather really helped me get through some tough days, encouraging me to continue on days I was ready to quit and cheering me along when I felt like things were going well. She really helped me during those early postpartum days when emotions are the strongest and I felt so frazzled! Not only is she kind and compassionate, Heather is also a wealth of knowledge and resources especially in regards to oral restrictions and tie revisions. We are nine weeks in and she has continued to reach out for additional support. I am truly grateful to have Heather on my support team, I know the success I've had is from her wonderful care.

I am forever grateful for her because of the peace she brought me during my journey into motherhood. She would consistently checkup up on me, asking about my health and wellbeing. She was a wealth of knowledge pertaining to evidence based information on pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. I am so thankful for her knowledge and care during those very painful first few weeks of breastfeeding, I really don't think Luca and I would have been as successful without her! I completely underestimated what role she would play during my labor, she was vital to my mental state through the whole thing. When I was ready to give up around every corner, she was there to remind me of my strength and that what I was going through was normal and the pain was only temporary. Something I appreciated most were the scriptures she read to me that lifted my spirit and helped bring joy to my pain. After 30 hours of labor I was exhausted physically and mentally, and she said a prayer over us that brought tears to my eyes and renewed my strength. She knew when to crack a joke to make me laugh, when to reassure me with words of affirmation, and when to just be silent and comfort me with her presence...I call that a great friend! She also made sure I was always taking little sips of water or nibbles of food. She was always 10 steps ahead of me and my discomfort. Her postpartum visits were everything! Just having someone come over to check on my husband and me, mentally and physically, meant the world. When the rest of the world couldn't wait to hold the baby, she was there to hold my hand and tell me that everything was going to be okay. I actually cried at our last visit because I had grown so attached to her! I like to think it wasn't just the hormones talking! I can't forget to mention that this amazing woman spent 16 hours giving me counter pressure on my hips with EVERY contraction! Talk about arm strength! you will not regret having her apart of your birth team! Britany, I can't say enough good things about you! I am so grateful for you and will never forget what you did for us! THANK YOU! *big hug* P.s. I am in love with the pictures you took during our labor and birth, they are priceless!

She noticed as soon as I stopped coping with contractions as well and was always there to change positions, provide hip squeezes, or give another idea or encouragement. She fanned me with a paper fan with peppermint oil on it when I was nauseous and helped give me guidance when I was in doubt. She was there for us before, during, and after our birth. She also took some wonderful pictures throughout our labor (many more than I posted because many are personal). I was a little unsure about hiring a doula initially and now I couldn't imagine going through labor without her. We will definitely be hiring her for any future births.

I was court ordered to take this class. Since I am in California, I took the online course. The…read morecontent is terrific. Everyone getting a divorce, no matter how old the children are, should take this course. Both parents need to take the course to make it really effective. I highly recommend it. It is $39.95 well spent. I didn't give it 5 stars becasue of two reasons. First, certain parts of the online class are confusing, and if you don't do it right the first time, you either have to start the class over again, or you have to pay them more money. I finished the course in the alloted 30 day time frame, and passed the final test, and could not figure out how to print out my certificate. I need the certificate to show that I have completed the course. The button you must click on says "Print Results", not "Print certificate". I couldn't see why I needed to print my results when I saw on the screen that I had missed only two problems and hence I passed. I just wanted my certificate. But I couldn't figure out how to do it. So I logged out and figured they'd email me the certificate then. I went out of town, and when I returned, I still had nothing so I called them. And this leads me to my second issue with them. The company must be run by humans, but I don't know who they are and they will not speak with you on the phone. All communications are done via email, and even then, they sign off with the name "Support". Most companies will at least put a first name from the customer service rep. But not them. In the end, they said they are sorry I am frustrated but I must pay $5 for a replacement certificate. I never got my first certificate, which was part of the original cost, because of their confusing website, but they are making me pay for a replacement. This is not good customer service. So it's a great course and important for all those out there getting divorces who have kids, but beware of their customer service or lack thereof.
