Fish cake was one big thick cut of imitation meat. The ramen here is no where close to Jinya - 2.5/5 stars. The restaurant is nice looking inside and the service was good. He said the guy had "a tone." This is not New York where no one should be offended by locals' rapid-fire conversations. This is Oklahoma where people are supposed to be more polite and patient, especially wait staff.
