The Rock N' Roll (4 pcs)

Went here for my birthday dinner. I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything was! The restaurant felt clean and the atmosphere was great. Looking around you could see that every server was working SO hard and our service was friendly and so so quick! And the food!? DEVINE!!!!! I got the all you can eat and my husband got the teriyaki chicken meal. Everything I ordered was delicious. My favorite was the Rock n' Roll. I never wanted to stop eating it. I'm drooling now just think g about it we will absolutely be coming back!!!

Quick Service. Came in for lunch and forgot how big these rolls are. You can do all you can eat for $30 a person. I didn't need a lot of food. Each roll was about 15$ and Gyoza was $5. I probably could have been just fine splitting 2 rolls with my son. We were full with leftovers with 3 rolls and 2 Gyoza orders. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I am not a huge fan of the filling and sauce in the cooked rolls. It tastes sweet and maybe a mayo base. Some may like it, just not my personal favorite.

I love going for lunch. They have fast service and a bento box you can only get for lunch. I love it every time. They also always give you a free something which is so nice. It is always clean and I enjoyed the Christmas music.

Great experience having AYCE here for lunch, we will be back! Great selection of creative rolls, very attentive and fast delivery, this was great!

Our normal sushi place was closed, so I looked on Yelp and found this place. It was a good choice. The miso soup had a wonderful, robust flavor. The seaweed salad was a bit sparse, but also delicious. It would have been nicer on a whole leaf of lettuce than on cut lettuce like you would use in a green salad. We shared the sushi combo A which had 8 pieces of an unusual version of California roll. It was filled with a chopped seafood salad. Not what I expected and I didn't like it very much. I do not like mayonnaise with sushi. The nigiri sushi pieces were very fresh. There was one piece of tamago which was not too sweet and balanced nicely with my soy sauce & wasabi dipping sauce. My husband enjoyed the shrimp tempura appetizer. I found the breading a bit too sweet for my taste. There's not much ambience, but we were not looking for a date-night place, just good sushi. There is a sushi bar, but we sat at a table. On a Tuesday night, it was not very busy so we were seated quickly. I definitely recommend that you try Sake2Me Sushi. This was our first visit, but won't be the last. Our server was great. The service was very quick. I don't think we waited more that 10 minutes to get food.

Hands down this is the best Sushi establishment in Tulsa! Phenomenal peak service and hospitality. With a Live vibe atmosphere.

Honestly very disappointed w this place. I compared it to sake 2 me in Cerritos CA which us my fave sushi place but this one in Tulsa is very lacking. Flavor of sushi was OK BUT i hate it when they jam packed the sushi rolld w so much rice! Its AYCE but they want us to be full w rice. Asked the chef to pht less rice, nop, totally ignored request. Menu was very limited compared to the one in CA. Onpy 1 type of no rice sushi? And mist rolls are w california roll base. Meh.

I arrived 20min before close and the staff was still friendly. Service was quick and they threw in a free roll which pushed me over the edge of comfort. I finished quick and made it out before the last customers.

Went here for the first time last night and it was decent. For some reason it was a smaller place than I thought. It also was on the more casual side as far as sushi places go. I'm interested in their all you can eat option, but it's just too expensive for me at $32 per adult. So I ended up sharing 3 rolls with my mom who was with me. We got the tiger roll, the Mexican roll, and the mango tango roll. All three were very different (which I try to make a point of getting a true variety) and we enjoyed all of them. I think we would agree that if we had to rank them, we'd put the mango tango roll first, then the Mexican roll, then the tiger roll. The mango tango roll is one of the sweeter rolls that I feel like are somewhat rare to find. The flavors were great! The Mexican roll was our spicy option, and had the perfect amount of sriracha sauce on top! The tiger roll had an almost smokey flavor to it. Because we ordered three that were on the lower end price-wise, the price wasn't bad. Though I always enjoy ordering more unique rolls, I feel like the three we chose were a good compromise of price to not-too-basic. On that note, I feel the need to say I was specifically surprised to see that their Philadelphia roll was one of the higher priced ones, even though to me this is a fairly standard and simple one. It wasn't my favorite sushi place ever, but it did the trick and I'd go back if I were in the area and wanting to get some decent sushi.

It's obvious they prioritize high-quality cuts of fish and want to feature that instead of wrapping a little bit of sushi ingredients into large chunks of rice. My husband ordered the yaki soba. I liked the Seaweed Sales, though it was moister than I expected. The Tuna Lovers Roll is an exposition of flavor! Three different tunas and beautifully presented. I also ordered the Red Snapper & Smoked Salmon Nigiri; but had a very fresh flavor, but a bit on the thin side (good thing I was already stuffed). They have a limited wine selection, but the house Sauvignon Blanc was fine, especially for the price. I'll be back to try the ramen next time I'm in town.

Aside from that, they ordered things off the Happy Hour menu and were pleased. Dan and I got the 2 Happy Hour rolls. We would have loved "Some Like it Hot" without the hot sauce. The Dunwell roll is good if you like cream cheese in sushi rolls and many people do. There was a time when Dan and I loved that but now our sushi preference is nigiri and our roll preference is whatever is the closest thing you can get to nigiri. We also don't like signature cocktails. We prefer both our drinks and our sushi to be as close to pure as we can get: martinis and nigiri . We frequently attend Happy Hour at a different In the Raw. We find the service and ambiance better where we usually go. The sake at Brookside was not good. It had kind of a soapy taste. We got domestic beers for our second drinks. We forgot to ask for glasses. Service was slow so we just drank them from the bottle, which we hate to do. The main plus for the Brookside restaurant is the location. During warm weather, the outdoor seating is fun. We had a fun evening with our granddaughter and her wonderful boyfriend. My advice to diners is to ask for the Happy Hour menu anytime you go to any restaurant between 2 PM and 7 PM. This isn't the only restaurant that has a Happy Hour but doesn't promote it. Happy Hour here is from 3 and 5. They don't give you a Happy Hour menu unless you ask for it. Check out my Happy Hour list.
