There is no bug problem here. It is a bug infestation LA county health inspector failed my apartment three different times for bugs. He told me the only way to get rid of bugs in this property is to vacate it and burn it down. They just gave me $5,000 to move and I'm sure they don't appreciate this review

Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. No. Do not blame…read morethe tenants. That's a copout, and Golden Bee Management understands that very well. It is Golden Bee Management's choice to have tenants at Mountain View Manor LP 200 in filth. The walkways. Gross! The stairwells! Yuck!!! This building used to be so, so clean. Right down to the fact that gum was immediately removed from the walkways and soap and water was used to wash pathways, all scrubbed with a broom. Sylmar deserves better then Golden Bee Management. They are brothers and their investors all worth above $100 Million dollars each. EACH. Read it again $100 Million dollars-each investor, not all together, but EACH person. Now, walk the property, doesn't make sense, right? Want to know why? They need investors to use their money to pay for, well, anything and everything. It's all about 'turn over,' 'retrun', all at tenants' expense. So Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. No. Do not blame the tenants. Whoever lives here is under the Management of GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENT. Golden Bee Management protects their employees to a fault and ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TENANT. If you value where you live, you listen. So do not blame the tenant. Copout to tenant blame. Think: your phone, your car, your property, you manage it and it is a reflection of you, right? Now, imagine property. Whatever happens on properties trips, falls, injuries, rodents, pest, it's all Golden Bee Management's responsibility. All of it -within reason, of course. Golden Bee Management and their investors earn profit and bonuses throughout the year, at tenants' expense. Mountain View Manor LP 200 loses. Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. No. Do not blame the tenants. Golden Bee Management's employees are very, extremely well cared for in every respect. Remember, they manage Mountain View Manor LP 200. Their pockets and job security is exceptional. Warning: this is from my personal experience. If you call any of their employees on their atrocious behavior towards you the tenant, the wrath of Golden Bee Manor will come down upon you. If you call the city, and say, hey, help. I asked and asked and asked and Golden Bee Management does not fix my stuff. Help me city, please? Boom!!! Golden Bee Management, the boss, and the bosses boss will not at all be kosher towards you from that second forward. Be strong, and stronger, and do good by you and for you. Do not allow this HUGE $100 Million multi investors stomp you. Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. No. Do not blame the tenants Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. Do not blame the tenants. Bottom line: Golden Bee Management who owns Mountain View Manor LP 200 makes pretty things ugly and clean filthy. Their regard for Sylmar's tenants is an atrocity. Kosher is not Golden Bee Management. I do not wish Golden Bee Management upon anyone or anything. Head over to GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENT reviews: basically, we tenants deserve a clean place. It's good for the soul. (Your apartment is your apartment, do what you want as long as all are safe and well.) With that said, the common ground, that is GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENT'S responsibility. Do a walk through? Come. Walk through, GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENT'S MOUNTAIN VIEW MANOR LP 200. Eeeek! Yuck! Creepy too! One must have horse blinders so as not to see the filth around and below our feet. Golden BEE MANAGEMENT must be one depressed company because their work reflects ugliness. That is one sad outlook 'company'. Do better for your tenants. We tenants deserve a clean, very well maintained apartment. Did I mention clean? Well maintained? And the colors they chose? Have you seen their other apartments? The color schemes? The dirt, dirt, and more dirt? So much for Golden Bee Management's good intentions for tenants. It's all about the building, upgrades, and additions ALL AT TENANTS' EXPENSE. Nope! It's all about their return. Bonuses. And perks and more. (We won't mention the depressing green, black, grey, brown colors they chose. They make pretty things ugly. The choice is GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENTS. Their colors, their maintenance, their lack of tenant positivity in any way is sad. The choices are all Golden Bee Management and their investors. Golden Bee Managements' at TENANTS' expense. $$$$$$$ We as tenants had high hopes that big CORPORATE $$$$$ would do well by MOUNTAIN VIEW MANOR LP 200 and lifts SYLMAR. NOPE. KOSHER GOLDEN BEE MANAGEMENT IS NOT. Sad for we tenants. You all deserve better. Golden Bee Management makes pretty apartments ugly and clean apartments filthy. No. Do not blame the tenants.

Early in my stay I was prescribed a therapy animal. They made the procedure impossible and finally approved it two months later (with stipulations, which is illegal) once I had to get the housing authorities involved. They ask if you have pets in the application. At the time I did not, but they were insistent I was lying. By law, therapy animals are not considered pets. Be warned: if you have an assistance animal they will find a reason not to approve you. Most probable they will tell you an earlier application was approved. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. They have accepted the complaint and it is now going to legal. They also have a program for the homeless here. 11 units are used by the DHS & DMS. There is even case manager with an office onsite. They keep it very secretive which caused me to be concerned as I have two children. I asked verbally and wrote a letter asking they provide information about the program. How many homeless are housed per unit? - What is the turnover rate? Any restrictions about criminals, specifically sex offenders? - They refuse to answer anything. As a long-time resident of Hansen Village Apartments, 13 years, I have yet to encounter a savage or animal (unless he means the 4-legged kind) living here. What I do have is a plethora of nice, caring neighbors in a peaceful and friendly community. The property is very well-maintained, from the laundry room to the landscaping to the units themselves. Mr. Jon R. states that there are people screaming , hollering and making noise well into the night, every night. I wonder if he's speaking about his neighbors that adjoin his wall and not our complex (separated by a fence, landscaping and a parking lot) because this has not been my experience. I walk my dogs, day and night (as late as midnight or 1am) and aside from the occasional loud tv, crying baby or the sprinklers, you can literally hear a pin drop. Perhaps his complaint is about the residence on Gladstone (behind his complex) that throws a party now and then with live music and an emcee/host? A lot of cheering, yelling and laughing goes on there but we all know it's a party so no one complains. No housing is without its bad apples but the many good ones here far outweigh the bad. I would suggest that if Mr. Jon R. is having issues with our complex, he walk over and present them to the Manager, Mr. Williams, or his staff. Also, writing a review about the apartment complex without actually living here is both wrong and irresponsible and labeling its tenants as loud, filthy animals and savages is reprehensible and vile.
