The machines often take your money, and there is no one to contact for refunds. They reached out several times and never received a their money. What bothered them and us most was how they treated elderly tenants and those who don't speak English well. They would post fines, extra charges, and overdue notices directly on tenant's doors without proper communication or explanation. If you questioned the charges or tried to dispute them, they would place additional papers with late fees. It felt like they pressured people into paying fees they didn't owe. Overall, the way this property is run feels unprofessional , unethical and suspicious enough and unfair. I hope future tenants are aware of these issues before deciding to move in.

He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He showed me everywhere that he would seal for rodent proofing. His pricing was exactly where I would put it. He was able to fit me in in a week and on the day of the job he had 4 guys; 2 of which were family members. They were all very professional and worked very quickly and well. I had a lot of wires and lines running in the attic and was worried some of them would get damaged (I know my fault and they should have been tacked up to begin with) but they worked around them and nothing was damaged. I was also worried about my roof since it was just done with lightweight concrete but no tiles were broken. They setup portable walls that were sealed with contractors plastic sheeting so any dust/contaminants were sealed away and directed at a HEPA filter. They finished the 1300 sqft attic and also the garage attic in about 6 hours and it looked perfect. I was very impressed. They even removed about 50ft of old HVAC piping from the garage attic (when they probably could have left it). I feel like it's very hard to find contractors along with their team that truly take pride in their work in this day in age but Leo and his team are the exception. It helps that it is a family owned and run business which mean they really care about their clients and also the work done. I will be recommending Leo Home Solutions to anyone that needs similar work done!
