I enjoy living here. The property is kept very clean. The manager, the repair man and the cleaning lady are all great! The units have really nice kitchens and bathrooms read more

The management. I've lived here for several years and the attention to details is so bad. It's really gone down hill in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. On the plus side I really like the tenants! read more

We just recently moved into this apartment and wow! It's not only extremely clean and well kept, but the complex itself feels so safe and secure! Deborah, the property manager, was so communicative every step of the way from showing the apartment unit, to moving in, and as a resident! Whenever we have questions, there is always someone available to help out. I also want to give a shout out to our maintenance guy, Josh! All lovely people that work for this complex to keep everything clean and working. We could not be happier with choosing to live here at White Magnolia! read more

About 6 months into living at White Magnolia, and I am absolutely loving it so far. Deborah, the property manager, is far and away the best management I've had in LA. She's often available, quick to respond, and is prompt with any requests (e.g., repairs). Everyone I've encountered at the property has been nice, and I've never had any issues with noise or heard of anyone else experiencing problems. read more

I arrived today to view one of the units and the representative I spoke with the day prior stated she would allow me to enter remotely, however upon arrival there was no answer. She also stated the unit would be left unlocked which I thought was odd but I was looking forward to seeing the unit nonetheless. I hate that I arrived and I wasn't able to view the property! read more

We just moved in a few months ago with my mother. We love love this building. although we have 2 random parking, there is plenty of street parking for me and my family to use. This building is fairly new and very very clean. It's very hard finding a building in this area with fully handicapped access. I am so glad we found this. The unit is bright with high ceiling. The manager Debra couldn't be nicer. She was very accommodating. I highly recommend this building. read more

Stayed at this building for a little over 6 months, and I had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. This is the best complex in Encino, because of the level of quality of the units, the parking lot is perfect, and there is tons of parking on the streets around the building. Deborah the manager of this building is very easily accessible and is always on top of anything needed with the tenants and the building. The building is also very secure and there is a night time security guard. Our exit process was just as easy as when the unit was leased out to us. Highly Recommended. A+ read more

I just wanted to follow up with another five star review for White Magnolia. From the start of my rental to the end of my rental, Deborah has been fantastic to work with. White Magnolia was a fantastic home and area for me and I hope others will enjoy it as much read more

Had to rent an apt while my house was under reconstruction WM is clean, new and amazingly well managed. Kudos to Deborah Collier for being responsive, timely, conscientious and hardworking. read more

So I've been living here for 2 months now and absolutely LOVE it. It's a newer property which is nice and always clean. The residents are all very friendly and it's so quiet and peaceful. But the real kicker is the management and staff. I see cleaning ladies there all the time keeping the place spotless. Maintenance is quick to fix and issues. Debbie the property manager is literally one of a kind. She treats everyone like family. She takes time to check up on me and make sure that I'm happy. If I submit a service request, she calls me immediately to make sure everything else is ok. I love living there. In all, it just feels like home. read more

I've called this place 3 times already and haven't received a response. I needed a place to move in this month and the building looks awesome from the outside but what's the point when management won't respond? I even tried to stop by during "business hours" and visit the leasing hours to find that the door was locked and no one was there. I guess this building is full and they don't care to speak to potential tenants. Good luck with this place. read more

Such beautiful, lovely, and spacious apartments! We've been looking to find a pet-friendly place closer to my job that relocated near Encino. Deborah, the manager, was courteous, professional, and sensitive to our special needs. We so appreciated her patience in making herself available to answer all of our questions. The on-site gym and community areas are an added perk that fits perfectly with our busy schedules. So happy to see such large patios so we can add our own plants and patio furniture - such a rare find these days in modern properties. Really happy to have found this gem! read more

We absolutely love living at White Magnolia! We searched many apartments and this provides the spacious 2 BR layout we were in search of! The units are almost new and have great accent colors that make it feel like home immediately. The quality is excellent, the grills, fire pit and patio are nice and the gym is awesome (hardly used so you usually get the machine you want! The location is between Ventura and the 101 - excellent for commuting or walking to Ralph's or Rite Aid. Kristi has been excellent to work with from Day 1. During the heavy rains we had a minor issue that was taken care or immediately. read more

My boyfriend and I have lived here since April and we love it! The manager, Kristi, is so nice and helpful. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs in an efficient and timely manner. The units are spacious and fully equipped with the highest quality appliances and finishings. The balcony area has a giant jacuzzi, barbecues, and tons of outdoor seating with a fire pit. There is also a full gym with lots of equipment! The location is also amazing - there's a Trader Joe's and a Ralph's one block in either direction. There is also a Petco walking distance (which is convenient for us because we have two pets!). All in all, the apartment complex has been a great home for us and we plan on staying here for a while :) I also want to add that I know some people who used to live here were bad tenants - smoking in the building, throwing loud parties late at night, not parking in their assigned spot in the garage, etc. Because of this, they are no longer living in the building and I am willing to bet that the bad reviews on here are from them and/or their friends. Kristi is a wonderful apartment manager and is so nice! I don't know how anyone would have anything to complain about! Finally, another review posted about urine on the floor in the elevator. I was the one who reported that incident to Kristi and it was cleaned up within the hour. It's unfair to say the building isn't clean because management didn't catch the mess right when it happened (on a Sunday might I add). read more

Just moved out of White Magnolia after having lived there for 6 years!! Loved my apartment and the community. Management really keeps the property neat and clean at all times! The most impressive thing about the complex is Deborah, the property manager! Honestly, I can't say enough amazing things about her! I personally have never lived in apartments in my past, but my kids have and I constantly hear about the horror stories about the lack of management...Deborah is simply amazing...if you have any issues at allll, she is on it immediately! She can't do enough to make your living experience the best possible. She is always sweet and friendly and what I have found most incredible about Deborah is , the personal care. She have texted me several times to remind me of specific things that might be happening, such as water turn offs etc. if you have the good fortune of renting at White Magnolia, you won't be disappointed! read more

I wish yelp would update their app and make it so that no stars are available. Kristi Ortega who presented herself as the "manager". Is impossible to get a hold of. She NEVER answers the office phone and lags when returning emails. I have been trying to rent 207, which says available online but this woman refuses to take my calls!! Update Keisha from Moss & Co replied to my review. The unit wasn't rented when I applied, take accountability for your employees!! read more

I'm looking to move to the area and drove by their open house sign. Building looks great from the outside. Actual apartments and management need improvement. Guest parking is also a must and is not available. I wish the girls in the leasing office would been a bit warmer when I came to get info. Too bad for them I just leased a different apartment in Encino. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible costumer service. I don't remember when I was treated so poorly as I was by the leasing department, by the way I don't think I was ever treated that way. I am from NYC and I am moving to CA due to work. I called the leasing department in the morning and I inform them that I was looking for a 2 bedrooms apartment and if they had any available appoint to show me to complex this morning because I was traveling back to NYC this evening and I wouldn't have time to visit the complex in the afternoon. The call center told me that I didn't need to make an appointment and I just need to walk in that they would be able to show me the complex. I took an Uber from Beverly, I arrived at the complex and I intercom the leasing department and inform them that call center told me to go there and they would be able to show me the unit. The lady that answer the phone answered exactly using these words "if you want to see the unit come back in the afternoon after 4:30 pm." I tried to explain to her that I called the leasing phone line and they told me to go in and that I was flying back to NYC this evening and I would not have time for that, besides that I was in Beverly and already had traveled to Encino to check the unite. Her answer: "That is not my problem, and if you want to see the unit come back after 4:30pm" and hanged up on me and didn't even let me get into the complex to speak to me, All her nice way to speak to me it was by intercom.....very rude. I called to speak to a supervisor, nobody cared to call me back. If being a prospective client I was treated this way, imagine after signing the lease. Just be careful before making any decision about this complex, otherwise you will be very disappointed. read more

I have been living here for about 4 months now and it's been a mixed experience. The building is new and clean with a modern style. Unfortunately that's where the class ends, the management company and the manager kristi are arrogant and rude. Instead of making the environment feel like a community it's made to feel like a dictatorship ruled by ignorant and classless individuals. This apartment is very expensive and I expect to be treated with a certain amount of respect and this is not the case. If I could leave zero stars I would but it's not possible. read more

I lived at White Magnolia for 3 months with my Friend bit I wished it was 6 years. That place is amazing! I love having friends over for BBQs and the shared gym. They are very friendly and the leasing office was extremely nice and helpful. I always got my maintenance problems taken care of right away. They were always great with calling me back and answering any questions that I had. If you're looking for a good place to live with a nice and well-kept community, look no further. read more

I moved to the valley for a new job and I'm glad I found White Magnolia. The building is beautiful and really well kept. Anytime I need something fixed or have a question about my lease, the manager is available and gives me an answer promptly. They have someone clean the common areas at least a couple of times a week, which is always nice when I go to the gym and the machines are clean and ready to go, or when I go relax on the patio. My apartment is really spacious with giant walk-in closets and a really nice kitchen (really big counter, so convenient for cooking). Also the building is really secure and my neighbors have been nice and quiet. read more

I've looked at apartments all over LA for the past three months and love this building! It has great floor plans, a very cool rooftop deck, a nice fitness center and is brand new. The onsite management team is friendly and responsive. read more

I've been living at White Magnolia since August and have had a great experience so far. All my neighbors are very personable and we always greet each other in the hallway and lobby. Kristi and Bridget go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of and the staff is very friendly. My unit is modern, stylish and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a wonderful feature. The building also organizes tenant events from time to time. We've had a wine and cheese night, a pizza and beer night and now I'm waiting for a bagels and cream cheese brunch! read more

Love these apartments! The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly, cost of living is a little much. But absolutely worth it. GREAT management! read more

We have been living here for almost 2 years and moving here has been the most positive experience. We were living in another new upscale building in the area and we were so miserable because of the management of that building. Its so refreshing to come home to a calm and peaceful place. If we need anything Kristie is there to fix the problem right away. I don't even need to follow up because I know she is taking care of it. There were a few annoying tenants that would never clean up after their pet or left trash and I felt bad because Kristie would constantly have to clean up after them. Now that the inconsiderate tenants have left, I have to say most the other tenants here are very nice. We all help each other out and are are polite when passing each other in the hallways. I honestly love living here and will probably be here for a while. Thank you Kristie and Alfonso for all your help. You both have been so wonderful and I know I can always count on you for help. read more

Let me start off by saying this building is beautiful, brand new, and exceptional staff in the leasing office. The owner did an amazing job with the construction of this building by choosing the best and high quality materials and appliances. My sister and I moved in early November. Before we moved in, I visited the property several times alone. I went by myself just to check out the new building since my lease was almost up at the place I was living in before. Giving your ID and filling out a visitor card is standard procedure with any apartment building with a leasing office. I really liked what I saw. My sister then went to see the apartment. She loved it. We then went back together. Each time we were greeted and treated with the utmost respect. Derrick, Shane and Andrew were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I emailed with a million questions, before and after we moved, and they patiently and promptly answered everything. Moss & Company is a great management company. Not to mention, the neighbors are very friendly. Highly recommend it. I love coming home every single day. read more

Today, I stopped by the Open House to take a look in person during my lunch break. I experienced the folllowing: After entering the lobby no signs on elevator or in lobby telling you where the leasing office is. The sign is on the outside door. The door is open making it near impossible to read. Once I finally found where to go, I found a tiny closet office with 6 casually dressed men with their backs to me. This was my welcome. Tenant files were all over the floor in boxes & hanging loose in an unsecured manner. Anyone could walk in and remove a file and have the very personally identifiable information of prospective tenants at their finger tips. Nothing was protecting these records from being accessed by anyone walking in. I said hello, only one of the six men looked back at me. The poorly dressed young man barely introduced himself before asking me to manually fill out a card. I told him no. I want a tour, it's an Open House, I should be able to view the apts without leaving my personal information with a bunch of people unwilling to secure it carefully. Clearly this experience managed by Moss Realty is an indication of the poor management of the new building to come. First impressions are lasting. It was not a friendly, hospital open house. They're not interested in leasing or customer service. They seem only interested in what they want. This is a bad sign. The rents are not cheap at all. You would think the service level would be exceedingly friendly. Be aware of this place. They clearly are unwilling to give even the slightest due diligence to protecting your personal information with all the folders laying all over the floor in boxes. No locks, no drawers, no privacy protection, no data security. No indication of professionals present at the Open House! When I told the guy no, I would not fill out a physical card to see the appt when I can view it online. He refused to show me the apt. lol....Thank goodness there's a gluttony over priced apts on the market. Stay away.............. read more
