This review is WAY over due. Where do I even begin? Ashley is amazing. She is patient, honest, 110%…read moreconfident in everything she does. She absolutely LOVES her job AND her clients! I set out this past year to find someone I can trust; someone to help get me to where I want to be with my skin/face. I have struggled for YEARS with acne and pigmentation issues. I've lost collagen too and my goal was to feel confident again in my skin. I have ALWAYS wanted to just throw on concealer, touch of powder, mascara and be done. I have accomplished all that and MORE with Ashley! I first met Ashley virtually (because covid) in February 2021. We briefly spoke and I immediately set up an in person appt for Botox. At my initial consultation/appt, I loved how Ashley was SO confident. She will tell you the pros, cons, possible issues, etc. She will also let you know if you are NOT the perfect candidate for a procedure. She doesn't just sell stuff to her clients to make money. She truly cares about her clients and only wants the best for them! I am SUPER picky with my face (as anyone should be because, IT'S YOUR FACE) and I would 110% trust Ashley with it. After multiple microneedlings, Botox, chemical peels and most importantly a CONSISTENT skin care routine, I can say that I only wear concealer, powder and mascara...all because of Ashley. Skincare is an investment!! Not just an expense. Book your appt with Ashley NOW! You will not regret it.

Ritual is truly an incredible aesthetics practice and I can't recommend Tracy and her team enough!…read moreI've been getting Botox with Tracy, NP, for the past two years, and I trust her so much. She is incredibly talented, kind, detailed, and passionate about her work. She is truly the best in the business!! Victoria, my aesthetician, has been doing my microneedling leading up to my wedding, and she has completely changed my skin. I trust her completely and everything she has recommended has been incredible, and just what my skin needs. I'm SO grateful to both of them. One thing that really meant a lot to me was when I wasn't completely happy with the results of a treatment, Tracy offered to do it again at no charge. She wanted me to be happy with the outcome, and I felt heard and cared for. This is a practice that truly cares about their patients and their outcomes. They put so much care and attention into their work, and that carries through to how they treat people. Everyone - from the front desk to the assistants and practitioners - is friendly and empathetic. I've been to places where the warmth feels a little forced, but here it feels natural. They're just a wonderful group of women, and I always feel comfortable and in good hands. It is rare to find an aesthetics practice in which the people are equally talented and kind- and this place nails it.

So after reading the reviews for Ritual and following them on social for a few months, I decided to book at appointment for a peel with Victoria. The business suite is located within a much bigger building and upon getting off the elevator on the 8th floor, it was clear to me that many of the surrounding suites include other medical professionals. Upon entry, you'll notice the clinic is pristine and elegant, while also feeling warm and welcoming. Cayla, the patient coordinator at the check-in desk was bubbly and genuine - as a first time visitor, that initial impression means a lot. No pretense, no standoffishness - just a desire to help you to get settled in. I was then taken to the waiting area which was also clean and comfortable, with a few refreshments that are available for guests. Luckily for me, I was only in there for a few minutes before Victoria came to get me. We took a few pics and then headed into the room for my appointment. The room felt very much like a room you may be in for a doctor's appointment - very sterile, bright lights - which of course is a good sign. I then chatted with Victoria about my concerns and needs. She was a great listener as well as a proactive communicator, always educating me as she made suggestions or talked with me about options. It's evident that her top concern is the patient's health and well-being first and foremost, which then guides her recommendations. With the additional knowledge and context she provides, it's impossible not to feel well taken care of, in the hands of a responsible and professional provider. I was also very appreciative of her care and awareness of what treatments would be best for my type of skin, educating me about the Fitzpatrick scale (which I had taken time to educate myself briefly about on my own, but had never had a provider articulate with such mindfulness.) She also was able to balance that professionalism with warmth - which is a rare combination to find. Her ability to make you feel comfortable seems to come naturally and really makes the whole experience not only impactful but enjoyable. It's also evident that she carries a wealth of knowledge and is confident about that (without being condescending.) Overall, very impressed with the business and grateful for Victoria's care. Will definitely be returning in the near future to explore other treatments that will be good investments in my overall skin health and integrity.

This close to my wedding I needed to try a new place and not miss my monthly facial appointment. This place is walking distance and has good reviews so I decided to give it a try. They had the glow gift package for $499 for 3 facials which was perfect for my needs since I only need 2 but didn't want to pay their a la carte rate of $200 per facial. This way each facial costs about $167 which is more reasonable. Their facials last about 50 minutes and they play soft versions of familiar pop music so it's not your typical relaxed spa experience, rather an uplifting session of getting pampered. They have an AI assistant called Gloria which scans your face as you come in and shows you issues you have with your skin. I believe the facials are also customized based on this AI analysis. The esthetician was quick and knew her work. She didn't assist me in putting my stuff away or getting me a blanket or showing me things. I had to figure them out and she was a little late. But the facial was good in general and she did microdermabrasion, collagen stuff, and a couple of masks with exfoliation. Overall the facial was relaxing but not beyond amazing for the price I paid. My skin also looked the same after the facial which isn't bad but there wasn't a glow or anything like I expected and usually get after facials. No blackheads were removed or addressed and no special red light treatment was provided like my regular place does. I will use up the rest of my sessions but I'm glad I didn't sign up for the annual membership which is impossible to cancel since they charge $600 for cancellation.
