Nurse Megan is incredible! She took her time to sit with me and learn exactly what I wanted to do and why. She gave me a dental block and took the time to make sure I was completely numb before beginning. I'm a redhead so that took a while! My lips turned out better than I imagined they would, I was so nervous they would look fake but they look and feel so natural! read more

I recently had microneedling and tox done at NM, and I am super pleased by the results! Megan is truly a professional; she took the time to assess my facial structure and really listened to what I was hoping to achieve. The tox was done so precisely--no frozen look, just a smooth, refreshed version of myself. The microneedling treatment was also amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly beforehand, and I received email aftercare instructions so I wouldn't forget what to do. My skin was noticeably different after a single treatment, and now after a series of 4 treatments, the texture and tone have improved dramatically. I'm getting compliments on my skin constantly. If you're thinking about tox or microneedling (or any other aesthetic service), I can't recommend this practice enough. Everyone here is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about clients. I will absolutely be coming back! read more

Wonderful experience! It was my first time there and I was well taken care of by the staff. Ashley was lovely and talked me through all the procedures and expectations. It was my first time and I was nervous so I appreciated the communication. I was impressed with the immediate results and can't wait to see to see final results within the next few weeks. Thank you so much so much NM Aesthetics for taking such good care of me! read more

I have gone here for the past 3 years and have always had an excellent experience. I see NP Ashley and she has done microneedling, lasers, a peel, and injectables for me. She is always lovely, explains what she is doing, asks how I am doing/constantly checks in with me to make sure I am feeling okay, and answers all my questions. I am very happy with the results of all my treatments and have a lot more confidence in my skin after having a lot of acne in my younger years. I've also always had good interactions with the scheduling team by email, the receptionists in person, and the nurse assistants who room me and take my photos. I've been to a few other places in the DMV area (usually because I've looked for discounts!) and I do believe that NM is the best aesthetic treatment center in the area with the best results I've seen! read more

Megan was amazing! She took the time to explain the Dysport process and procedure, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She also provided great recommendations for other treatments that would help me achieve my goals without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated her knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Megan and will definitely be back! read more

Megan, Ashley, and the entire team work magic! I recently saw a picture of myself from 15 years ago, and I swear I look better today than I did back then. I give all the credit to Nurse Megan and her incredible expertise and team. Megan takes the time to create a personalized "beauty plan" and, just as importantly, works with you and your budget. I've never felt pressured or like I needed to do more than what makes sense for me. I absolutely love and recommend Megan, Ashley, and the entire team without hesitation. Check out their IG before and after pics. They are the best in the business. read more

It can be difficult to find a talented injector you can wholeheartedly trust to help get you to your aesthetic goals. Ashley is amazing at what she does!! It's also difficult to find a practice that provides a high quality of service all around - the space is beautiful and the staff is kind. Can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. read more

The entire staff is amazing. From the minute you walk in you're greeted by the front desk staff who are caring and friendly. Ashley is simply amazing. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you know what's going on the entire time. She ensures your comfort from start to finish. I can't thank or recommend her enough read more

Nurse Megan and her team are the absolute best! I've been her patient since she worked out of her home. She really cares about her patients, doesn't upsell, and prides herself on natural looking results. She is also constantly training to make sure she is up to date on the latest advancements and safe practices. She's the number one person I recommend when someone is looking for aesthetic treatments. read more

I've been to NM aesthetics a total of 3x within the last year have had nothing but great experiences! I completed 2 sessions of Fern, one with Ashley and the other with Fariha. Both did an amazing job and have just about completely erased my smile lines! My most recent appointment was with Ashley for my first time with Sculptra in the temples. I am excited for the outcome as well as future follow up appointments with the NM team. read more

NM Aesthetics is exceptional. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful in their approach, but I want to specifically call out Megan since I am lucky enough to be her client. She has a rare ability to balance the art and science of aesthetics -- her work is precise, natural, and incredibly well-informed. What sets Megan apart is the time she takes to get to know her clients. She looks at you holistically, asks the right questions, and considers what else may be going on before recommending a treatment. I never feel pushed into services that aren't right for me in that moment. Her approach is intentional, ethical, and deeply client-centered. And her focus on the best training for her team and best products and tools for her practice is why I keep coming back. Every visit leaves me feeling more confident, educated, and cared for. I look forward to my appointments. NM Aesthetics is the gold standard in this area. read more

Exit this review and just book your appointment! Everyone at NMA is AMAZING. From the injectors, medical assistants, estheticians, front desk/sales team-- stop looking for another med spa/aesthetic medicine spot & literally go here! I personally love asking for my injector's opinion on what they think would be beneficial/most effective for yielding pleasing results to guide my treatment, and another great strategy is giving them the budget you're working with & let them use that to guide you! I've done lots of different treatments & as long as I can keep making the logistics work in my own life (work, kids, life-- it gets hectic!) to make it to appointments, I'm coming here forever. In my personal opinion, when you plan to spend between 1-2k at your visit you will truly get major results/really meaningful and aesthetically pleasing changes. Remember-- good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good! They've got great facials (my personal fave that is cost effective for the results I want is the dermaplaning facial), and Kira even does massages! Truly I'd trust any injector here, so have an open mind and book the appointment and see someone! The aesthetic work here is subtle but truly makes such a difference. Above all, it's an honest establishment that cares about patients, and that is important to me to support. I tell everyone I know who will listen to come here! Be prepared though, you'll be addicted! read more

I've been a loyal NM Aesthetics customer for years now and highly recommend them to all my friends. I typically go see Ashley and love her so much, but recently I went for their Dysport day with Fariha and she was awesome. She was quick, knowledgeable, and talked me through some new injection sights that I had concerns about. You can't go wrong with any of their aestheticians - nurse Megan trains them all super well. Highly recommend! read more

Megan is great! Had a consultation and was so impressed with her knowledge and understanding of what I need to feel better about my appearance. I did a lot of research to get here and am so glad I did. I worked with Megan over 8 months to dissolve my entire face/lips of old filler from a prior provider that had been poorly placed and migrated. We have now started the rebuilding journey and I am blown away at the changes. Instead of looking chunky and unnatural, my face looks like it has been refreshed. Megan's is exceptionally skilled and very invested in her patients and their outcomes. Over this time I have also have awesome massages and facials by Kira, laser and RF needling by Joanna, tox and laser hair removal by Yagna. All of them have been knowledgeable and awesome. read more

Ashley does amazing work and is focused on the best outcome for her clients. I highly recommend NM aesthetics and Ashley.

NM Aesthetics is a great boutique spa with fantastic estheticians & Nurse Practitioners/Injectors but my favorites happen to be Joanna (esthetician) and Megan (NP/Owner). I've had multiple treatments with each of them and look forward to going back. Joanna always makes sure to tell you whether or not she think you will need follow-up treatments of the same (or a different) type. Which is nice because you aren't just pouring your money down a rabbit hole with no real results or there could be another more effective procedure. Megan also always makes sure to tell you if she thinks there is a better option than what you are doing. I really appreciate anything that is going to save me time and money. I'm really glad I found NM Aesthetics when I did. It's a massive upgrade over the provider I was seeing previously! I can't recommend them enough! Even if you just start out with a facial, it's so worth it. You won't regret it! read more

Ashley is amazing.. she is the sweetest and so fun to chat with! she stays working a budget if you have one and makes getting poked by a needle an easy going experience! I cannot recommend Nurse Megan enough! I was new to Botox and had so many questions, but she took the time to educate me on everything and made me feel completely comfortable. During my consultation, she explained how treating my masseters could also help with the jaw pain I had been experiencing, something I had never even considered. I trusted her recommendation and decided to do a full face Botox sprinkle as well, and I am beyond happy with the results. My jaw pain is completely gone, and I genuinely feel so much more confident. Everything looks so natural, and I still look like myself, just refreshed. Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and truly cares about her patients. She never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to explain exactly why she recommends certain treatments. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work. I honestly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my face! read more

Megan is an artist. And kind, funny, and honest. She will figure out what's best to do considering both what you want and what you have budget for -- and what she thinks works best. Oh, and she'll harass you to use sunscreen and take care of yourself. The rest of the team is also amazing. From Tox to Fillers to Facials to Lasers and beyond. They are THE BEST. I am not a needle person and yet I leave happier than I arrived - every time. And follow them on IG - tons of good info. read more

Very likely the most professional aestheticians in the area. Nurse Meghan and her team do not sell you--they care for you. Nurse Megan is an amazing artist and magician and human. She has an eye for keeping you looking like yourself but a bit more awake and refreshed. Megan will tell you what treatment will give the biggest impact for your money, and never pressures you to do more. Priorities- you may think you need more cheeks but maybe it's temples that will balance your face. Trust! She is the expert! You remember people and places not always by how they look, but almost always by how they make you feel. I can personally say that every person, as well as the warm environment at NM Aesthetics will truly make you feel special. If you are looking for a community of people who are invested in not only your aesthetic goals, but you as a person, this is the place for you. I have been going to NM Aesthetics for almost a year now, and couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. Per the recommendation of a friend, I decided to visit NM Aesthetics about 6 months prior to my wedding to get my skin on track for the big event. My first appointment was with Nurse Megan, who developed a bespoke plan of treatments that would help me achieve my personal aesthetic and skin goals. In addition to seeing Nurse Megan, I went to Joanna for multiple hydrafacials, as well as a peel. Joanna also assisted me in overhauling my skincare routine, helping me swap out certain products I was using for more thoughtful and effective ones. If you trust the process you will most definitely be rewarded with results. I am so grateful for all the guidance, knowledge, support, and laughs I received along the way. Thank you so much NM Team for all your hard work, you are truly appreciated! synopsis: -Extremely warm and talented providers -Fits the "vibe" check -Cutting-edge treatments available -Feels more like a community of people rooting for you, rather than just another aesthetics office -Unbeatable selection of medical grade skincare available -Eco-friendly office with extensive knowledge about living a more sustainable lifestyle read more

Do NOT have Megan as your nurse! She did a really bad job and was pretty rude to be honest.
