The first red flag was that the website clearly says 15% off your first lockout while those on the phone tried to convince me that it's only 5%. The representative I was assigned was completely unprofessional. He didn't let me know that it wasn't guaranteed I would get in and tried two ways to open the door. He only said that the third way would cause damage to the door. I am renting so obviously, this was not possible. After I paid a ridiculous amount of money for NOT getting into my apartment, I ended up making a trip to grab my spare key. Once I returned, I found the door was jammed and not even my spare key could open it. Clearly, the door was damaged by the locksmith and when I had a maintenance team help me, we found that the box strike plate was completely dented. In addition, a lot of paint was chipped off the door, and there's now a gap even when the door is fully closed. So, I paid an astronomical price for having my door damaged, which my building had to fix themselves, in addition to not having my problem resolved. The receipt states that I paid on the basis of being fully satisfied with the service which is evidently NOT the case. Avoid to salvage your bank account and your mental health.

I can tell you they're not open Sunday. If you call their number you get a "push 1 for locksmith." Bit of a scam to sell locksmith referrals. I have now emailed twice to ask for a refund and not received a response.
