Jeff and his company were recommended to us by a work contact. Being a Community Manager, I deal with contractors daily, but never really for windows. I called Jeff and he came out to meet with my husband and I the same weekend. We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he provided us with an estimate and contract right then and there. He measured and told us those were base measurements, when we got closer to the install date he would come out to measure again to ensure everything was perfect. Our lead time was 8 weeks. We also had some odd and special request items; an old door to nowhere needed to be converted to a window and two dormer rooms needed special order, special size sliders. Jeff didn't blink an eye at it. When the install time came his guys were professional and courteous. They knew the job, did it quickly and with little fuss, and cleaned up nicely. Carley, Jeff's daughter, and office manager kept me informed all along the way. The carpenter brought in to do the conversion had some issues with the location due to a tree growing right in that outdoor spot. Once he told us what he needed we said we would take care of it. He came back the following week and helped my husband get things squared away so he could do his work. He did an excellent job. Overall we are very happy with the windows. We did want to do doors, but we are on a tight budget. Jeff only deals with higher-end doors and it just wasn't in our budget - but I am sure they would have turned out just as well as the windows. We went with the lower end, simply to again, deal with our budget - but I am very sure if I have any issues with them ever, Jeff will help out! Great company, very professional, and super nice! March of 2022 we had 10 Sunrise Windows installed. Love the windows but the not the installation from Window and Door Outlet. They were 2 hours late which obviously cause a rushed job. One of the windows cracked which was eventually replaced. During install they removed the interior trim and broke several pieces. They did a shoddy job of repair & calking. (see photos) We were told that a "Master Carpenter" would come back and fix the bad repair work. Weeks later he came, looked at the trim but never returned to make the repairs. Half of the job is a proper installation therefore I feel we did not receive what we paid for. read more

I can't say enough about this place! Great windows and great doors! I've replaced my front and side door, kitchen and dining room window as well as bedroom. Our front door was fiberglass with a storm door. White on the inside black on the outside. I love this door! Side door is steel with 1/2 window. My kitchen we added a sliding window to replace a horrible old crank out window. Dining room we switched from two double hung windows to a single large slider and I love it! So much more light and way easier to clean. Bedroom was just two standard double hung windows. I can't say enough about Sam our sales guy and David who did our installations. I won't go anywhere else. No hidden costs, no we forgot this or you need that. Everything comes out to studs and your new window air door is put in flawlessly! read more

Jeffrey Aversa came to our house recommended a window size and told me he will send me a quote for the installation and to call him when the windows arrive. I sent email out of the size and never heard from him. Recommended that no permit needed if they are doing the job outside when I double check with the township they said I need a permit. Windows are here and he sounded like he has no clue and played dumb talking to my wife. I will stay away from this guy or this company. read more

Measured 3 of 4 windows wrong. The one window that fit was damaged. The installers removed all the window security and threw it away without saying a word which crippled my security system. Someone made an appt to come out and inspect the damage and never showed up. The 3 correctly measured windows were going to be a rush and it still took over a month. Total time to get 4 windows was supposed to be 3 weeks but it took about 3 months. The finally installed windows seem ok but this took a long time and was more frustrating then it should have been and honestly no one over really seemed to care. They weren't no cheaper than anyone else so this just should have gone easier than it did. read more

The Window & Door Outlet team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were courteous, well-prepared, and obviously very experienced at this work. I work at home and was able to continue with my responsibilities without being interrupted and surprisingly without a noise level that would make that difficult. When the team was done with the work, they meticulously cleaned up all around my home without us asking them to do so - no stray nails, no flat tires afterward - we were a bit shocked that we didn't have to go searching for debris and nails. I wanted a Verde patio door but can't find contractors in NYC. I found Windows and Door Outlet through Verde's website. Sam was very knowledgeable. He was willing to sell me the door even though they don't serves the NYC area. The contractor that put it in for me didn't know what he was doing. So when winter came, there was a big gap between my doors. I called Sam. He got me in touch with Sunrise's Regional Rep, who is fabulous and got my door fixed nice and tight.
