It was nearly impossible to get straightforward answers or speak with someone who could actually help. On multiple occasions, I was given an appointment window of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, forcing me to set aside an entire day waiting for a technician. Then, when 5:00 PM finally came around, I would receive a text saying that all of their technicians were busy and that they wouldn't be making it after all. Expecting customers to waste an entire day waiting, only to cancel at the last minute, is completely unacceptable. If your schedule is full, be honest upfront instead of repeatedly giving appointment windows you can't keep. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but this happened more than once. Good customer service is about communication and respecting your customers' time, and unfortunately this company failed on both counts. I won't be using them again and can't recommend them based on my experience.

A few years ago, when ours unexpectedly went out, they were like a SWAT team. They arrived quickly, cleaned everything up, and had a new water heater installed in no time. This morning, I took a very cold shower, which was not how I wanted to start my day. We discovered the pilot light had gone out. My husband tried resetting it without success, so he called them. They asked him to send a few pictures, immediately diagnosed the issue, and texted him a short video showing exactly how to reset it. A few minutes later, we had hot water again. That's what great companies do. They're prepared, they know their craft inside and out, and they make solving problems look easy. If you need a water heater, I honestly wouldn't call anyone else. An hour or so after he left, I ran the water in the vanity sink and there was a noticeable leak. He said he would come back a few days later to take a look. He returned and tightened the connections. I again ran the water after he left, and again there was dripping under the drain so I asked him back again. He came back again and did some more tightening and said it should be ok now. I again ran the water after he left and there was still a drip. I then texted him saying that I would like a refund of $350 of the $1100 he charged because the pipes were still leaking and he had already claimed twice that the problem was fixed when it wasn't. He refused and then tried to gaslight me saying actually there was no leaking. So if you want a plumber who doesn't stand by his work, then this is the guy for you (My response to his comments): For the record, here is the text exchange between Brad and Me (and yes I did say "please consider giving me a refund because I don't want to give you bad reviews"--and that is a reasonable response on my part given that I received service that is below what the average person would expect [i.e. 3 visits by the plumber and the sink trap is still dripping]. (From Craig): Brad, The vanity is still leaking and I can't devote any more time to this project, therefore I am requesting a partial refund of the money you charged me. I think a $350 refund would be reasonable. Craig (From Brad): I disagree, the last 2 times I came over there wasn't even a leak. He showed me photos of his own dog YALL! Lenny is out here solving plumbing *and* is a friend to all dogs?! LOVED this guy. I love CJs. I love when people are great at they do.
