When asked about it, his suggestion was to just get an additional space heater. When something was installed improperly, he has just gone to the cold shoulder. Garbage can drawer won't close due to poor installation (as per the cabinet manufacturer) and he won't return a call or a text to fix it. The water in the newly installed shower needed work. He wouldn't return a call or text for that. We had to call the plumbers ourselves. This score is a result of the professional people he subs work out to. His work ends up looking amazing, but he's unwilling to stand by it.

Tony is the absolute Gold Standard when it comes to contractors. Where do I start? First of all…read morehe is the nicest person. His work is impeccable! He does not use subcontractors. He is completely on top of every detail of the project. We have never had a more responsive contractor. I can text him anytime and he immediately gets back to me. He sends photos of everything. For instance, he did our roof and it turned out the plywood under the shingles were not the right thickness and incredibly damaged. So, instead of having to take his word for it, as is the case with most contractors, he sent videos of what was up there so that I could decide what to do accordingly. There is no scope of work that he can't take on. For us, he renovated our family room, redid a bathroom, renovated a basement room, tiled our entry way, completely renovated a sunroom that had major water damage and mold, and gave us an new roof. And, he did all of that in 4 weeks, which is crazy fast! Tony can do anything! And I trust him completely because he is so conscientious, honest, and always does things the right way (absolutely no cutting corners). I can't speak highly enough of him. The first project, several years ago, involved painting multiple interior rooms and crown molding. Most recently, I hired them to paint three new structural porch columns and my front door. While that may sound like a straightforward job, it really wasn't. Black structural columns are not something you see every day, so preparation, product selection, and attention to detail were critical to getting the look I wanted and ensuring the finish would hold up to the elements. Bob came out to provide the estimate. He was professional, easy to work with, and, most importantly, took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and the concerns I had about the project. He was also able to get the work scheduled within the same week. I worked closely with Ron, who I believe was the lead painter on the job. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I supplied the INSL-X primer recommended for fiberglass columns and discussed paint options with him. He agreed with the approach and helped ensure the project was done the right way rather than just the fastest way. The work took two full days and exceeded my expectations. The crew took great care to protect my brand-new porch, covering the decking and railings thoroughly so there was no risk of paint getting where it didn't belong.
