They asked all the right questions of me, and when I was too busy to be involved I knew I could pass the detail decisions off to them. It worked like a charm. From that experience, we hired him to do a bathroom remodel. It was flawless and spotless once again. One of the main reasons I bought my current home is because the prior owner used Anthony James to do a complete gut renovation, and the work was overseen by his amazing foreman Tommy Kraus and exacting carpenter, Carlos Vallejo. I knew immediately the renovations were done with excruciating attention to detail and I would be free from inherited problems. I was right! Tony is the absolute Gold Standard when it comes to contractors. Where do I start? First of all…read morehe is the nicest person. His work is impeccable! He does not use subcontractors. He is completely on top of every detail of the project. We have never had a more responsive contractor. I can text him anytime and he immediately gets back to me. He sends photos of everything. For instance, he did our roof and it turned out the plywood under the shingles were not the right thickness and incredibly damaged. So, instead of having to take his word for it, as is the case with most contractors, he sent videos of what was up there so that I could decide what to do accordingly. There is no scope of work that he can't take on. For us, he renovated our family room, redid a bathroom, renovated a basement room, tiled our entry way, completely renovated a sunroom that had major water damage and mold, and gave us an new roof. And, he did all of that in 4 weeks, which is crazy fast! Tony can do anything!
