I have been seeing Stephanie for a few years now, and she has completely transformed my brows! My right brow was short and uneven from being over waxed at a nail salon, and she has worked wonders with getting it back in shape (get it?)! I don't even touch them anymore--I give it all for her to take care of for me! I always do the arch and dye (my brows are pretty light so dying them is a must) along with the lamination service. It's so worth it because I just wake up and brush through them with a spoolie brush, and I'm good to go! I really love the lash lift and tint service she offers, as well. It's nice and super convenient to wake up every day with curled, lifted and defined lashes! With the brow and lashes services, you'll only need a fraction of the time to get ready in the morning, and I'm always down with that!! Kimberly, first of all, is just awesome. Someone with whom you'd want to be friends. She's real, funny, and totally puts you at ease. She even dealt with her boyfriend's doctor's appointment before our shoot and made it in great shape (ie, sans stress though I'm sure she was worried, and we all asked after him) and was so fun all day long. And the day got hot! (This is gonna be a loooong hot summer in Atlanta, if the current temps are any indicator) MAC, and all the other goodies. Kimberly's time at Entebello and since then now on her own (she does a lot of weddings and loves to, and does them for high-to-low but definitely works with the best wedding planners and event places so if you're in the market, check her out), she is delicate and careful with the "palettes" she creates on your face. I NEVER have my makeup done (I don't think I've had it done since my wedding in 2002, by Aric Castleberry, who's no longer in Atlanta but whom I grew to love and trust completely, and with whom Kimberly is a colleague) but I felt so pretty today!! I'm bummed I can't remember my stylist name, as she did a fantastic job and deserves a shout out. I don't do things with my hair often, so she was great in helping me decide what I'd like and what was possible with my shorter hair. Experience started with good shampoo treatment and then time to blow dry and curl. My stylist was very thorough, even curling my odd shorter hair section I was starting to grow out from a previous undercut. The experience was very relaxing. It just always feels good with someone else messes with your hair. Hard to take photos during the process, but again as someone who is mostly an "air dry and go" person, it was fun having all these different products in my hair. My hair is so straight naturally, so I loved seeing it with so many beautiful curls at the end result. Whatever products she used was on point as my hair stayed curly all night and into the next day. Loved how my hair looked in all my photos throughout the day and got many compliments from friends and family when they saw it in photos. I feel I definitely got my bang for my buck. Sadly my friend had a very different experience. She struggled to communicate her vision to her stylist. Her hair also fell very quickly after the appointment as it seemed her stylist didn't have her tools on and already nice and hot before she began to style. I am not going to alter my review as this was not my direct experience, but I was very bummed for her that she didn't have the same positive experience I did. I also think the front desk staff was new or something as they tried to charge my friend for both of our blow outs, even though I already just paid for mine as I finished first. Also, didn't really know the products and where to find back stock when we inquired about an item that was sold out on the shelf. Just things to potentially think about and improve for the future.
