The artist saw the uneasiness on our faces and assured us that both she and the other young lady were good as well and that we could look at their work on IG but she didn't give us their names. Anyway, the spot is a cute quaint shop. There was a hairstylist straightening someone's hair which had my throat itching from the smell of burnt hair. Our makeup came out pretty. It appears that these are freelance artist that use their own products. One of my friends face was done with MAC products but mine was done with AJ Crimson . The one that had the MAC makeup lasted longer because the AJ Crimson is very oily to me. I've had it applied by two other MUAs in the past and the same thing happens, greasy. I did enjoy the choice of lip color and end up purchasing a tube. I think it's called Show Time. Nice salon but I prefer to have the artist that I selected at the time of booking actually be the one that does my face.

Limited parking is available in front of the store, but additional parking is available behind the store. Highly recommend this place to anyone to try if you are nearby or in the area. I went that morning she put on to much glue and did not adjust the lash so it was sticking out on both sides. I went back that evening, she did not ash her hands and she had just got done eating. Instead of her removing the lash she applied more glue. It had to come off the next day. They do not care about us and sit there and talk mess while we're sitting there. Run don't walk there other way are just save your self the time and don't go!!!!!! BTW they charge you an extra $5 to request a specific person.

Since she was unavailable, her artist Mandi did my hair trial. Mandi was lovely and perfectly recreated the style I wanted. I then booked Mandi for both my wedding and a pre-wedding event, along with services for four family members. This was all confirmed in our contract. 18 days before the wedding, Samantha informed me she'd be doing my hair instead. I had no issue and sent her videos/photos from my trial, plus a reference braid for the first event. She confirmed everything. However, just days before, I learned she wasn't aware she was booked for the pre-wedding event. I clarified it was in the contract, and she said she'd be there. At the pre-wedding event, Samantha arrived on time but was visibly irritated that a few family members hadn't yet arrived for their appointments. Although we reassured her they were on the way and she could leave by 7:30 PM regardless, she continued expressing frustration. While doing my hair, she was aggressive--jerking my head, using a harsh tone, and at one point accidentally stabbing my eye with her nail without apologizing. My friends and family felt the tension. I stayed quiet until the end, when I gently asked her to direct concerns to me or my aunt instead of my already-stressed mother. She agreed. She finished by 7:00 PM, and we offered her food and drinks. While the style itself looked great, I couldn't shake how disrespected I felt. The next day, she again arrived on time but was distant. She claimed not to have the reference pictures I had already sent her (again), so I resent them. She then told me part of my hair was too wet--despite washing it five hours earlier--and had no blow dryer. A friend had to dry it in the hotel bathroom.
