Earlier, he helped clear up a severe case of plantar fasciitis, principally by my buying and wearing a pair of $100 clogs. Most recently, when Dr K was unavailable, I consulted another surgeon friends had recommended; he advised me that I had a torn meniscus and recommended an arthroscopy. Dr K quickly determined my essential problem is arthritis; no surgery, no time off training, no recuperation. Noting the reviews of others, yes, as in just about any medical office, it's not uncommon to experience a bit of a wait on occasion. The X-ray technician was pretty brusk. Give me time and I could probably pick another nit or two. Bottom line, however, I couldn't be more satisfied.

The pre-auth team does NOT care about the patients. I was scheduled for two procedures, and for both procedures I was lied to and told a pre-auth was submitted. After I contacted my health insurance company myself, I was told it was never submitted. This applies to two different procedures: one in July and one in September. There has to be better offices out here that have more respect and care for their patients. This isn't it! Waiting 2 weeks at the minimum is unacceptable for a pre-auth to be submitted. It is truly unacceptable and very unprofessional! And then to LIE about it both times is truly unacceptable! That said I won't be going back and will look for better care elsewhere. Dr. Kittridge and Dr. Yeh are both good doctors, but the unprofessional support team has run me away! If you want great care, look elsewhere!

Every therapist has been effective, some areas are taking more work. I'm writing today regarding the superb post-right shoulder replacement PT. My therapist is Libby Sudhoff, she is more physical than most, and will work at any discomfort to mitigate the pain. I've had 12 sessions with her and only a few more before she goes on to her next traveling PT assignment. I'm very grateful for the progress and reclaimed flexibility her work has done for me.

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment with a genuinely caring team. Andy and Danny are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They truly listen--something that means so much when you're dealing with chronic pain and multiple health challenges. I've been treated for back and neck stenosis, knee issues from a torn meniscus, and ongoing pain, and they have been patient, thoughtful, and determined every step of the way. What really stands out is how much they care about your progress. They take the time to tailor exercises specifically to your needs and clearly explain how to do them at home, which has made a huge difference in my recovery. Their combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises has helped improve my mobility, balance, and strength--and most importantly, reduced my pain so I can finally rest better. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. There's a strong sense that everyone is invested in helping you achieve your goals. Convenient location with easy parking is just the icing on the cake. I'm so grateful to have found them--this team has truly made a meaningful, life-changing impact on my quality of life. Highly recommend!

My insurance approved visits in JANUARY, to which I attened 4 before they denied my claim. My attorney is STILL fighting them to cover as in VA an insurance company cannot legally deny coverage in a car accident; at the time of this posting. My neck damage was so bad I couldn't lift a gallon of milk (8.8#!!!) without getting a migraine. I was again approved in MAY to begin therapy AGAIN with 5 MONTHS absence. The final note, they understood the lawsuit issue and kindly allowed me to continue therapy while it's all being worked out. I am MUCH better, still having lifting issues, but the damage is exacerbated by my age. (sigh) But I can FUNCTION and don't need to live off pain killers! I am still not allowed to lift but I can sleep, move and dress myself (never thought I'd be happy about that!). Yes, the front desk is need of customer service lessons, but they are also probably overwhelmed by rude people yelling at THEM when their insurance has issues or I saw one rude gal yell at the woman because "I've had this appointment time, what do you mean I can't have it again?!?!" Perhaps SOMEONE else had that time slot booked! Why I booked MY appointments 4 weeks in advance!! I've seen those people suffer all kinds of verbal abuse. They handle it like troopers. Kudos!

After years of pain and still (somehow) being able to compete in triathlon (and even a Full Ironman thrown in there for additional pain) and Half-Marathons, it was time to go under the knife. This surgery is not for the faint of heart. I could care less about the scarring; gaining mobility and the ability to exercise again is the focus. My first session was an indepth consult with Lish. Then right into some PT. I actually look forward to every visit. Why? -The team is so supportive, professional and talented. -Clean facility. -They remember your name - it's like Cheers without the alcohol. -They monitor your progress, cheering me on with every milestone. -They give me realisitic expectations, like telling me when i can start running again. -The most amazing PT videos that i need to do at home. Lish sends them to my email and instead of paper, i can watch the videos and it reinforces the techniques. With only 7 more sessions, I am confident I will be out racing again soon! Enormously grateful for Lish and the team that helps me out: Brinn, Charley, Malik and Save (sp?) who checks me in every time. Will spare attaching a picture of my foot right after surgery....

Though I'm only two sessions in, they seem to be knowledgeable and have been very attentive. The locale is small, but clean. The only issue (and a huge one) is the limited parking here. Sure, you can find street parking, but if you're coming here, I don't know, for PHYSICAL THERAPY, walking around is a tad problematic.
