The receptionist told me that they needed me to fill out a questioner. Something I could have done while I was waiting for an hour but she didn't tell me, and probably never would have if I hadn't asked. Still getting NOWHERE. When I asked her why she didn't give me the form when I came in she said she was too busy looking for my orders. Apparently can't multitask. Seems the questionnaire would be a standard form that she shouldn't have to think about. I'd still be waiting for it if it hadn't asked. The full waiting room of 45 minutes ago is nearly empty now and every one of those people got here after o did. If you come here, do not deal with the woman with the short gray hair behind the desk. She doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Update: After horrid front desk, the tech who ran my test, Victor, was excellent. He explained the procedure, all the details. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was efficient, professional and had a sense of humor. He answered my questions, even the silly ones with answers that were actually answers proving that he listened. Afterwards he explained when the Dr would receive the results and asked if I had an appt scheduled with the Dr. I did talk to the office mgr about the front desk woman. Hopefully they had a chat about procedure and customer facing behavior. See Victor, the tech, skip Christina at the desk. If she offers to help you, wait for someone else.

When you call the imaging center they give you a choice locations and I always love to Tysons location because it's easy to get to, it's newer, clean and the staff is really friendly. They are open late & I chose a late evening appointment, 9:45pm, becuase I love going at night. It's peaceful, not busy, & you're in and out really quickly. The girl at the check-in desk was not friendly, or hospitable at all, but the girl & guy performing the tests that night were both phenomenal, friendly, fast & efficient & they totally made up for it!

It was weird and I was not comfortable but I needed the test and luckily it was a quick ordeal. I was misdiagnosed by the radiologist Dr. Albayati who wrote a bunch of BS in the report. Four days later I had emergency surgery due to his absolute incompetence and lack of follow up. This was reported and I was gaslit by the director who of course covered for him. I paI'd in full at the time of the visit and the received a bill for another $100+. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The surgery for my kidney cancer went great as and as expected all the cancer was removed. I found myself to be very lucky and in great hands. The Dr was very nice and caring - bottom line he was excellent in every area that one could measure him on. My 2nd Dr, was Dr Syed. I had the first session with him to try to figure out a solution for my HO - a rare hip disorder that is very painful. The next step in this process is for Dr Seyd to consult with the Dr that did my hip replacement and run a couple of ideas past him. Again, I am very lucky to have him and have the same remarks as I have for Dr. Lin. A great place to go if need any of the services they provide.

The tech was very inflexible and ended up hurting me and causing a two week long pain flare that would have been avoidable with a simple accommodation. I offered quite a few options and all were refused. (Like really simple--extra pillow or towel, a second person to hold my leg, only putting my leg in the unsafe position while imaging that specific spot rather than the entire leg...I could go on.) The tech put me in an unsafe position and I had to use muscles I am not allowed to use to protect myself from being even more injured as they were pushing my leg around. I am furious. They need better training.
