What followed was 33 days of "we can't pay you until the title arrives" -- even though my lender confirmed in writing on 7/30 that the loan was paid in full. I'm an Army veteran and I handled this the right way: calls, patience, follow-ups, numerous conversations with their manager Mike. The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Grubbs Infiniti. Our first experience buying our…read moreQX80 was great, which is one of the reasons we felt comfortable coming back. Unfortunately, this time around was a completely different experience. My biggest issue is with their $2,500 "luxury package." It is listed as a line item, but we were told it could not be removed. The package supposedly includes several things, including having the vehicle detailed inside and out. If you are going to require someone to pay $2,500 for a package, then I feel like the things included in that package should actually be done and done to a high standard. We initially looked at an Armada. There were broken and missing pieces on the vehicle, and the interior definitely had not been properly detailed. You could literally run your hand across parts of the carpet and feel the grime and stickiness. We brought this up and were basically told that it must have been missed. We ended up purchasing another QX80 instead. It was still in the shop at the time, and we were told it would be detailed and delivered to us, so we trusted that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, it was once again dirty. There was grime inside the vehicle, the wheels were filthy, and there were still hard water spots all over the paint. Then a couple of hours later we opened the center console and found a cockroach inside the vehicle. At that point this went beyond just somebody missing a spot while detailing. We were also given a remote/key fob that didn't work and were told to just replace the battery. Obviously a battery isn't expensive and I can change one myself. That's not really the point. The point is that when somebody spends this kind of money on a vehicle, especially from an Infiniti dealership charging a mandatory $2,500 luxury package, these are things that should be checked before the vehicle is handed over to the customer. We were eventually offered a $200 gift card, but after paying $2,500 for a package that was supposed to include detailing and receiving a vehicle in this condition, that honestly felt more insulting than helpful. I'm not writing this to say Grubbs Infiniti is a terrible dealership. Like I said, our first experience with them was actually very good. Maybe this was just a bad experience this time around. But I do think people should be aware of the luxury package and ask exactly what they are paying for. If you're buying new or used from them, especially if you're being required to pay for that package, inspect the vehicle closely before you leave or before accepting delivery. Make sure the detailing and everything else you're paying for has actually been done. When you're buying a luxury vehicle from a luxury dealership, I don't think expecting it to be clean, inspected, and properly presented is asking too much.

After visiting two dealerships in Fort Worth this week, the first dealer told me I owed $9000 more on my 2-year-old car that has 17,000 miles, I shared my Kelly Blue Book estimate and he told me KBB don't write checks, he offered me a payment of $1183/month, of course I left. The next dealership must have thought, "hold my beer and watch this, lol." That dealership offered me a lease price of $1905/ month and bragged because he got the price down $200, so I was going to pay $1700, they told me I was $5,000 upside down. Feeling reluctant, I located the 2026 GMC Denali PU with the exact options that I was seeking. Derek was extremely professional. I told Derek exactly what I was looking for. Within an hour, Derek provided me with a ballpark figure that was exactly the same as the result I came up with on the GM Financial website; I was $500 upside down. After a 1-hour drive to the dealership, it took approximately an hour to complete the paperwork, and a monthly note below $700/mo. Without a doubt they have earned my trust in an industry that is filled with uncertainty in my opinion. When completing the paperwork, I was able to relax, as in my experience the finance manager didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice, "I'll be back!"

I purchased a vehicle that had previously been used as a courtesy vehicle. During the buying process, the salesperson was courteous, but there was very little willingness to negotiate on the price, which was disappointing considering the vehicle's prior use. Almost immediately after taking the car home, I noticed condensation in both of the tail lights. The dealership did replace the tail lights, but unfortunately, that repair created even more damage. The technician damaged the vehicle during the replacement, requiring me to bring the car back for bodywork. When I picked the car up after the repairs, it had a strong odor inside that wasn't there before. It also hadn't been properly detailed. there were still markings left on the vehicle from the repair process. Wouldn't you think after all the inconveniences, they would at the very least DETAIL THE CAR? To make matters worse, the trunk was no longer aligned correctly and now makes a noticeable noise every time it is opened or closed. While I appreciate that the dealership attempted to address some of the issues, it was frustrating to have one repair lead to problem after problem. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one that requires multiple return visits to fix new issues caused during previous repairs! Because of my experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I encourage anyone considering buying here to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before taking delivery and to carefully check the quality of any repairs before leaving. I hope sharing my experience helps others make a well-informed decision.

Preferring to buy locally, I visited Toyota of Plano to see if you could match the offer. Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. In July 2026, only a few months after financing the vehicle, I began experiencing significant issues. Multiple warning lights appeared, the vehicle had difficulty starting, and I experienced problems with acceleration while driving. On multiple occasions, I had to pull over and restart the vehicle before I could continue driving normally. This was particularly concerning because some of these issues occurred while I was driving in traffic. The symptoms eventually stopped occurring, so I did not have the vehicle inspected at that time. However, on September 30, 2026, the issue returned and has now progressed to the vehicle cranking but not starting at all, with the warning lights appearing again. I have documented the issues and have also filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) because of the safety concerns involved. I have contacted the representative, Mr. Jeff Baez, who originally sold me the vehicle to make them aware of the situation and to ask what assistance may be available. At this point, I am waiting to see how the dealership responds. I understand that mechanical issues can happen with vehicles, but given that I financed this vehicle less than six months ago and began experiencing significant problems only a few months into ownership, I believe the way the dealership handles this situation is extremely important. I will update this review based on the dealership's response and the outcome of the situation.

The one thing that we needed is the pickup and delivery for service since the vehicle we bought was for my mom. We were told that service has to be within a 35 mile radius.
