I'm very disappointed to be writing this post because I thought I'd finally found an aesthetician…read morethat could help me with my skin issues. But something happened over my last two visits to this place that absolutely ruined my skin. I had scarring from persistent back acne that I used to have and went in for a chemical peel to help lighten it up. Some kind of chemical was used in the treatment that felt WAY too hot, causing me to physically wince and cry out. I made it clear to the aesthetician that whatever it was was too hot on my skin and felt like it was burning much more than it should. It is normal to feel a slight burning sensation during a peel but NOT to the degree that this was. Over the course of the peeling process a large scar formed over this area and showed bright skin pink like you have with a deep cut. I was concerned but was assured that it would heal and go back to normal. What has instead happened two months later is an even deeper scar that was NEVER there before. Had I not gone in for this treatment there would be absolutely nothing in that area of my back. My skin looked 10 times better before I went in for this. My mother noticed what was going on and was concerned. I went back a second time to express my concern and get a peel to see if the lightening would improve. It didn't. It's even darker than it appears in pictures. These treatments are expensive ($150+) and I should without a doubt be improving not regressing. Words can not express how disappointed I am with Eryn and her service and feel like I am starting back at square one with my skin. I will never give my money to this place again and encourage you to do the same.

The Long: I've been coming specifically for laser hair removal with Nick for 6 months. I've visited both the Phipps and Colony Square locations. The communication is excellent in preparation for appointments even when they have emergencies and need to reschedule. The locations are well positioned in both shopping areas. The space is modern without being sterile. And of course, the upkeep is immaculate and clean. Nick is incredible! He makes me feel so at ease while he works quickly during what could be a very awkward sessions (hello Brazilian! Lol). He is so professional and it becomes obvious very quickly that his knowledge base is tremendous. This was super reassuring as I asked questions about laser specifically on my brown skin. I'm nearly done with my hair removal but will definitely be consulting with Nick and staff about other treatments!

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

I wanted a more natural solution rather than using the chemicals in Accutane - you have to sign some sort of waiver bc of its potency! Our first appointment gave us so much information about her skin, and how products and diet can impact the health of your skin. They put my daughter on a skin regimen that has taught her the importance of taking care of her face. It seems like a lot of steps at first but it takes less than 2 minutes to complete the steps, and she will have a lifetime of success knowing what products to use. Within the first few weeks we saw a difference in the health of her skin. And with each visit, her skin improved. After six months, her acne was barely noticeable and after a year her skin is so clear that she often gets compliments on it! I am not exaggerating when I say that this has been life changing for her. Not only does her skin look great, but she has learned how to take care of her skin and herself. I am overjoyed!

The woman I was going to get my peels with increased her peel price from an already sky high $275 to $325! For basically a 20 min 'treatment'. Needless to say, I won't be going back there. It's too early to speak on the results of this peel but I'm hoping it'll turn out great! Thanks Nancy! * And for those that this may matter to, I am a black woman.

I can't believe how lucky I am to have found this place!!!…read more They let me book and even pre-pay online They offer skincare extras that pair perfectly with lash services They have such a cute, luxurious space with plenty of street parking and ... they have a team that across the board does THE MOST AMAZING LASHES!! Literally I started going here and I got stopped going through TSA because one of the TSA girls needed to know if my lashes were extensions and if they were where I got them done. I've been getting lashes for apx 6 years now and I'm more used to having one dedicated lash girl...but this place takes training and technique so seriously that I just book online with whoever is first available because they're ALL THAT GOOD! I know I can go to anyone here and leave looking amazing. Julie was the first gal that ever did my lashes here - she was transitioning me from having seen another lash artist for a while a did a FLAWLESS job giving me a really full, dramatic classic set. I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work. I don't know what EXACTLY she does that's so subtly different when it comes to lengths/widths/overall shape but I've never looked better. Check this place out - the prices and value are incredible and you literally can't go wrong with any of the lash artists.
