I am so disappointed with the breakfast pizza today and the manager @ vestal was SO rude to me and must have said 10 times he doesn't know what to tell me. We WERE frequent customers but after today there are better options! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sheet pizza for staff and it had a sour, tangy weird taste, almost like sharp cheese. SEVEN employees all said this taste is weird. I called and spoke to management and asked if maybe they changed the recipe, he was so rude to me and I even took half sheet back to show and talk to him (I always have a sheet put into two boxes). I wanted him to taste it and he of course wouldn't and said he tried a piece they had there and it was fine and doesn't know what to tell me. Said they just received a new shipment of cheese and didn't have any old spoiled cheese and said they don't even use cheddar cheese. I said I don't know what it is but it is clearly not right!! My staff usually devours it and they each barely ate one slice and I wasted $42.14 The manager only wanted to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with it. Clearly he knows all and all seven of us are just idiots. He said no one else complained and it was just me so clearly I'm wrong. Don't waste your time and money here because clearly the manager has no customer service skills and doesn't care when food taste sour and something is not right with it!! P.S. NO I have never complained so that's not the reason he wanted to argue with me. Here is a tip for the manager How about a I'm so sorry this didn't meet your expectations let me make this right not argue with regular customers and me feel like I am the problem!!!! Damn, wicked impressed with Nirchi's New York style pizza! For a family dinner, we ordered 2 large pizzas (tomato and spinach, and bacon chicken ranch) and an assortment of desserts (brownies, chocolate chip cookies and moonpies). The bacon chicken ranch was the crowd favorite- but the spinach and tomato was also delicious. Would happily re-order both! The slices are huge! One piece was probably enough, but I had to try both pizzas ;) Nibbled on each of their desserts too. The moonpies were soft and melt in your mouth, the brownie was moist and the chocolate chip cookie was buttery chocolate goodness. I'm happy on all fronts. read more

Ok. So I'm in town for business and been craving pizza. Asked the team down here about good pizza places and all their suggestions were closed today. Stumbled across some mixed reviews for places that were open so I figured, if it's a coin flip regardless I'm just going to go to the one closest to the hotel. Nirchi's it is. I saw breakfast pizza was all day and figured, why not!? Holy hell was this one tasty pizza. Well seasoned, freshly made scramble, the right about char and a surprise of hot sauce. I figured it would be decent enough to scratch the pizza itch, but damn was this an awesome pizza!!!! Just the fact that the eggs were still fluffy and moist and the whole pizza was seasoned so well did it for me. Not doughy like some square pizzas or just a loaf of bread like others, but very light with a great crunch of a crust. 100% going again before I have to leave town. Also, the inside of the shop was clean, girls behind the counter were friendly and organized during the lunch pop they were in the middle of and the red velvet cookie is just the cherry on top. I ordered a 1/2 sheet of Nirchi's Breakfast Pizza for takeaway, so can't say much on the atmosphere of the restaurant. It looked nice and clean when I came to pick up my order, lots of room and tables, they had nice cool AC, and plenty of parking. Their breakfast pizza was fantastic, probably one of the best breakfast pizzas I've ever had. I got it with sausage and bacon, it originally only comes with just egg and cheese so if you want meat on it you have to ask. The crust was great, not soggy at all despite it being a takeaway order. Really enjoyed their Buffalo chicken pizza. Only downside I've noticed is their delivery order system is pretty hit and miss which I'm not sure if that is based on the store's ability to deliver or it is the software. read more

Been here at least a dozen times over the last couple years. Attracts all types of customers, especially at lunch time. Pretty close to BU, so lots of college kids congregate here and why wouldn't they? College kids love pizza. Hell, everyone loves pizza and Nirchi's does it pretty well. I've never tried their round pizza as I really like the square sheet stuff...what I like to call "good lovin'" They have good lunch specials here, usually a two slice/soda combo for 4 or 5 bucks depending on the toppings on the slices. Free refills (do it yourself) on their fountain soda drinks here. Plenty of seating. Couple of gripes: they have 2 tv's but they're always both set to the Weather Channel. Change at least one of them to a sports station that's running a sports ticker since the volume is muted on both tv's. The hours kept here are too short! Stay open later!!!! Stop closing at like 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. What pizza place does that? Lame. Good pizza, pretty consistent. Fix up my gripes and I add a star. read more

Truthfully only had Nirchi's Pizza after a serious wine buzz and to be honest, if this is all Binghamton has to offer, it's alright but it's nothing like pizza on Long Island, NYC or even Buffalo and Buffalo's pizza isn't that good either. First off, it's square shaped, doughy, and soft. Secondly, their vegetable pizza slice has olives on it, seldom do I find a slice of vegetable pizza with olives, they also had a vegetable slice with pepperoni on it. Just not sure how I really feel about the place but I've got to say, it's cheap, quick service and recently saw a sign that they have gluten free crusts available so that's cool and all. They have space inside here to sit or you can grab your slice to go. Definitely not a fan but then again, I'd eat it again if it were my only option. read more

I never liked pizza that much but theirs is great, and the GF one I think it's better than their usual since it's not as thick. We don't live particularly close but these wonderful people deliver to us! I am pregnant currently and I have days where standing up makes me nauseous. So they are a true God sent to deliver all the way to where we live with a smile on there face! The boneless wings in hot garlic are divine! The pizza is always fresh and delicious. They have so many different options for toppings and we are never disappointed with what we choose. Family favorite is chicken bacon ranch, honey mustard, chicken spedies. If you want good pizza and wings, with a smile do not hesitate and call nirchis! We have dined in as well and it is always a wonderful assortment of pizza to choose from and again the staff is just so friendly. Not sure why this got such great reviews. Their pizzA sucks. The sauce is sweet, the dough is too salty and mushy (even though we asked for well done). The toppings aren't fresh. We also tried their Caesar salad. Never had I had such a salad with chicken (we didn't order) tomato, cucumber, and regular lettuce. I even asked the cashier TWICE.. "are you sure this is a Caesar salad? I didn't order chicken with it." She said that's how it comes. Look at their menu... it doesn't. Went here unintentionally after not realizing the Spiedie and Rib Pit has weird hours. I was really hungry. I ordered a square cheese and a chicken bacon ranch slice. For the price my expectations were low. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The crust had a great crunch while still being soft and chewy on the inside. They have everything you could imagine in square (NY-take-on-Chicago-style) pizza, round pies, and spiedies. I got a typical chicken spiedie and a veggie slice. Cheap and hit the spot. The spiedie wasn't quite the same as a spot that just does spiedie's (like the joint next to it), imo, but it was still some deliciously marinated chicken. The pizza was a thing of its own. This is not NY " style" pizza, this is not Boston pizza, this is not even Chicago pizza. All are good but nothing beats the pizza of NYC, Long Island or Jersey, Boston is close. Like I said, this is nothing like those, it's something altogether different but incredible in its own right. It seems like the homemade style of pizza Italian immigrants would make at home which is probably what it came from. Top-notch ingredients, a slightly sweet sauce, and a delicious almost smoky crust. I Call it Binghamton style Pizza, and it's pretty darn tasty. If you never tried it, I recommend either the deluxe, the meat, the mushroom, or the amalgamation of two Binghamton classics, the chicken spiedie pizza. Just some really good food at a decent price, and I know some people say service is not friendly, but as I always say, tried being friendly first, and see what happens. I'm no stranger to Nirchi's Pizza, but this is the first time I've ever called in and ordered for take-out. I called in at 7:15 PM on a Friday night for 3 large full sheets of their original pizza and wanted it to be ready by 8 PM. The guy on the phone was polite even though what I said was a bit confusing. When I got there at 8, there was a short line to the counter, and a few tables being occupied. There was a large array of pizza on display, and for the most part the pizzas looked fresh and appetizing. When I got to the front, i told the lady I called in for 3 full sheets and she went to the back to grab the pizzas. They were fresh and still steaming, so I know they was freshly made. The original plain pizza is nothing special, so I can't tell you how amazing the pizzas I ordered were. It's just some ordinary pizza, very doughy, the sauce and cheese is really thin compared to the bread, but it's not overly oily which is a plus. I've tried their specialty pizzas in the past and I enjoyed those a lot more. My favorite is the Honey Mustard, it has chicken pieces covered with sauce. Overall, decent pizzas, service is pretty good based on the one time I've had to deal with it. read more

I loved Nirchi's while I was a student at nearby Binghamton University. I would get a two slice cheese special at least once a week for the three years I was there. After I graduated I visited the area and wanted to grab lunch at my old favorite, but found they were closed. Turns out they were closed for much needed renovations. The inside is now very light and has a very clean look to it. It is essentially the same layout as it previously was with a few minor changes. The pizza when ordered by the slice is really great. They reheat it in an oven and the crust gets a nice crisp to it. You can't go wrong ordering any of the slices. I only ever ordered plain cheese, but other people I've gone with have ordered other things and all really enjoyed them. Favorites being buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch. I've ordered a few half sheets, which is just what it sounds, a half sheet of pizza which is 12 square slices. I've only ever had one maybe two sheet pizzas from here and I think this is where they fail. The toppings are not evenly distributed, and the sauce is always in excess. I haven't encountered this when ordering the slices they have up front even though they all seem to be the same sheet pizzas you would order to take home. I give four stars because they have a huge variety of slices that are really good, but there is some inconsistency when you order a whole pizza. If you don't like a lot of sauce on your pizza I would suggest ordering it with light sauce if they have that option. This pizza is not thin crust, but if you get a round pizza or slice the crust is thinner than the square pieces. read more

My girlfriend and I ordered pickup earlier this weekend. We ordered a chicken speidie salad and a half sheet pizza with 1/2 steak and cheese and half 1/2 bacon, chicken ranch with buffalo sauce for ourselves. We also ordered a half sheet with 1/2 extra cheese and 1/2 chicken speidie for a friend as a thank you for making us masks. The friend and her mother absolutely loved their pizza. They are from the area and Nirchi's is a long time favorite of theirs. My girlfriend and I were a little less impressed. The steak and cheese was pretty good. The bacon chicken ranch was a little to saucy. I personally would have liked if the pizza was a little more well done. I very much enjoyed the chicken speidie salad. The marinade on the chicken was delicious. While the pizza and salad were pretty good, I don't believe I'd come out of my way to get Nirchi's again. Overall it was a decent experience. read more

Southern Tier chain, but I couldn't tell the difference until nearly my 5th year staying around Binghamton. Some stuff you didn't know: garlic parmesian wings are awesome. honey mustard wings are awesome. italian breaded wings are great. just about all the alternative wings are. The subs are also great. Soft rolls, juicy fillings. The are spiedie's are atypical but still good. Breakfast pizza. I was so happy the day I had an excuse to order one. This was my favorite place to eat for a while, but like most chains, I began to develop an aversion to the smell of the restaurant, that "Nirchi's taste". Their wings will always stand out in my mind. That won't stop. And I appreciate their multitude of slices at any given monent. I won't be back, so eat a square for me. read more
