It was hassle free and professional with kindness and hospitality sprinkled along the way by our sales associate, Michael Henderson, and his colleagues who offered us beverages all throughout the experience. The quote we received a month prior to the sell held once we arrived onsite. Although we thought we'd have to haggle for a fair and decent price that was not the case. They don't play games here. They are true to their word. The price quoted to us in May was the price we received for the sale of the car two months later in July. I must say Michael Henderson asked all the right questions and requested the appropriate paperwork for the car prior to the sale to ensure we were given a fair price for our vehicle. He asked the make, model, year, color, mileage, VIN #, condition, a picture of all sides of the car as well as the interior, when and where the car was purchased and registered, and if we possessed the registration and title of the vehicle before quoting us a price. I'm sure this had everything to do with the accuracy of the quote. We are pleased customers and while I usually purchase my cars from Enterprise, I will give this place a try the next time I am in the market for a car.

Ward's was able to get me in the next day, do the repair under the warranty with no problems and they actually used a better (factory-dealer) part than the original repair place. Admittedly I was nervous pulling behind a ramshackle house but luckily I didn't judge this place by the cover and neither should you. Took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 here initially looking for just an oil change and tire rotation. Upon my own consideration and talking with the crew- got a 100,000 mile makeover done, transmission pan drop and top off, oil, brakes, rotors, diff fluid, brake fluid, and a handful of odds and ends. Quoted me HALF of what the dealership wanted, made useful (but not pushy) suggestions, and ultimately left me in charge, not trying to upsell me whatsoever. Got it all done in 2 days as I was on a time crunch and couldn't be without a car long for work. I will absolutely be returning.

I paid Linton $1,500 upfront to fix my engine. He told me the engines I provided didn't work but…read morethey came from a reputable 4-star company that's been in business over 10 years. My car was drivable when I brought it in. After he worked on it, it was left undrivable, with parts unplugged, engine bars removed, and key components missing. When I took it to another mechanic, I showed them the receipts and parts I had purchased for the repair. The new mechanic pointed out that some of the old parts were still on the car meaning the new parts I paid for were never installed. That raised serious concerns: Did Linton keep the new parts for personal use and just take the money? I asked for a refund, and he only gave back $400 despite doing no real work and leaving my car in worse condition. I lost $1,100 and had to pay another shop to replace my engine properly. As a teacher with no second income, this was financially and emotionally devastating. I trusted him because he worked in a shop but that trust was a costly mistake. Please get a second opinion if you've had work done by Linton or plan to. I'm now requesting the remaining $1,100 refund, which is more than fair considering the damage and dishonesty. Don't let this happen to you.
