Crazy, right? after multiple phone calls with his boss They brought the price down to 427.00ish. I still didn't get the wipers which were almost $70.00 dollars themselves. meanwhile while all this is going on I'm get getting emails with pricing all over the place. the Fairless Hills location seems to be running a scam ripoff game. They came to my office in Beverly, NJ and "repaired" the chip. It actually looked worse. Next service - replacing the "repaired" glass since it looked terrible. They came back and replaced the windshield, but the technician, Franklin, used SANDPAPER to remove some adhesive on the glass. Left several cloudy/scratched areas on the glass. Had to call Safelite again for a warranty replacement. I have that scheduled for today as I'm typing this. Their phone system is all AI voice prompts. You can't get through to a person. After 5 different phone calls, finally the warranty number got me to a person in corporate who could not find my appointment in the calendar with the Willingboro Safelite. Evidently, the person who handled my phone call about the scratched and poor repair job never set up the appointment in their system. Not at all happy with service from this location, Manager Mr. Kim. I have to reschedule the repair work, but this time I'm using another location. Hopefully another shop will do a better job. I will NOT use them again. This location has several bad reviews and you can see why.

When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. Mike told me on no less than eight different phone conversations that he would be giving me a refund as soon as he could but times were very difficult. I told him he could pay me $100 or $200 a week that it doesn't matter as long as we get the refund, whatever was easier for him. He kept telling me to call him tomorrow this happened over and over again. It is not OK to steal peoples money especially $1000. That is a lot of money for a lot of people , we've literally been playing this game of back-and-forth for two months before I decided to write this review.
