They had to remove the existing slate tiles, replace most of the plywood around a curved dormer, and also resurface the ledge gutter. Jay prepared me in advance for any extra work that might be needed and took many pictures when the slate tiles were off so i could see what was needed. The new work looked terrific when completed as a result of certain finishes that Jay suggested at no extra cost.
