After…read morecalling my insurance company to find out the procedure for scheduling the needed repair/replacement (and what my deductible was), I had an appointment with Safelite to have it replaced Saturday at my home. Technician (William) was prompt, courteous, professional & pretty darn good on how to replace the old windscreen. The whole process took a little over two (2) hours, only because my Mini Coper was being fussy over having the windscreen removed. Once it was removed, William said it would take about 20 minutes to complete & it did... Everything looks great and looks almost like a new car. This is the second time in my driving life that I had to replace a windscreen. (1st time was about 20 years ago or so, also with Safelite.).
