Finding myself in such a situation, I called around to a number of local glass companies. GlassMax was the cheapest, so they won my business. They came right to my office to fix my windshield, and were done in time for it to sit the required cure time and still get me out of the office on time. The only minor annoyance I had was that when I did get back into my car at the end of the day, I realized that the gentlemen who performed the fix left a tool in my car and neglected to hang up my rear-view mirror. Obviously an oversight. Before I had a chance to call them, they called me, apologized, and came back out to my office the next day to retrieve their tool and make sure my mirror was on properly. In the end, the job was done quickly, the repair men were friendly, I got no BS (which I got from one of the other chain-glass businesses I called), and they were the cheapest. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, GlassMax will be on the top of my list of glass repair shops to call.

After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!
