    so I got to Napa on Ridge Road 10 minutes after four on a Saturday one employee is out smoking a…read morecigarette the other is inside ringing somebody up and talking and I am here to do a debit card return warring someone's truck to get down here which is inconvenient for me to do so the smoking employee assures me that the registers are closed even though he later said he still had to close out on top of the other guy inside ringing somebody up. i'm here to do a return from a part that I called here yesterday for and they got from another store and got me the wrong part which I found out after I got here yesterday but decided maybe I could make it work I was in a jam and the dudes at this Napa ringing somebody up 10 minutes after they close can't help me and I'm here because they got the wrong part to begin with so now I get to drive a half an hour back home with that wasted hour for nothing still don't have the correct part so I will be borrowing a truck again to get back here tomorrow. Let me tell you what the two guys working chose not to let me do my return even though they were still at work which not only shows you that type of individuals at least a couple of them working here but it's alsoSociety overall which is sad . Don't even remind me about the smoker dude that when I walked up to the glass door when the guy in there it was still checking out to be like are you sure you can't help me and he like throws his arms up and gets all huffy puffyWho even uses yelp anyway

Understand that going to a dealership is always going to be more expensive than mom and Pop shops, but they do everything right. The technicians have better training. They're also more likely to pick up trends on your vehicle if the brand matches the dealerships (i drive a ford). They'll also have a higher likelihood of discovering recalls and warranty replacements. Tim was my service guy. He was always in good communication with me, super easy to talk to, and honest. He not only ensured that the thread was repaired, but the other two spark plugs were replaced. He also gave me advice for an ongoing issue that I had going on with my car. He seems like he genuinely cares, and is knowledgeable. I grew up working in car dealerships (mom was a parts manager and I worked every day over summers from age 8-17), and developed a good radar for good service guys. I don't like a majority of the ones I've met over the years across the country, but I do trust Tim.

Being my…read moreclosest dealer I gave Murphy the opportunity to meet/beat the offers I got and they were able to do so. . While no car buying experience is fun when you are relieving yourself of tens of thousands of dollars, Mike Ezekiah and their manager were able to put together the deal and in the end I left very happy. I would definitely keep them in the mix for future purchases, they clearly earned my business (but always get numerous quotes to get the best deal).
