Fair warning, this Moppert is NOT Porsche certified. They had to ship my Cayman to their N.J. facility wasting 3-4 weeks.

Unfortunately I had to use this body shop twice this year…read more The first accident was not my fault and as the other driver was also a Geico customer and clearly at fault, everything was covered. Caliber and Geico worked seamlessly together to keep me happy and informed until my car was ready. My car was completed so it looked like new. Rental car was picked up and dropped off at the shop, so one stop shopping. Very happy. Jump ahead 6 months I traded my Subaru in for a new one. With only a couple of thousand miles on the new car, I made a careless mistake and was in a minor accident that I had at least partial fault for, when i contacted Geico, I was told i could go to any body shop to have my car repaired. Why go anywhere else! A new bumper and my baby looked as good as the day I drove her off the lot. same quality service, same interaction between the insurance co/rental co/ and body shop. I really do hope I have no need for a body shop in the future, but if I do, I know where i will be going!

I do not recommend Caliber Collision at Red Mill. I brought my car in to have the rear bumper…read morereplaced and to repair damage to the rear and front passenger doors. When I picked it up the first time, I immediately noticed that the bumper had been installed incorrectly--one side sat higher than the other. When I raised this with the office manager, Emily, I was told the mismatch was because they only repaired one side of the bumper, since the damage was limited to the right side. However, the entire bumper had been removed, so this explanation didn't make sense. There were additional issues as well. The passenger door had been painted the wrong color, and the dent that was supposed to be repaired was still there. I brought the car back for further work. When I returned a second time to pick it up, the situation had actually worsened. They had repainted part of the car, but the color variant still didn't match--now one side of my car is visibly darker than the other. Overall, communication was lacking--I had to call multiple times for updates, and each time I received inconsistent information. Additionally, the quality of the repairs and attention to detail were subpar and quite disappointing.

The quality of this shop really shot up since the new owners took over. Jerry was super helpful…read morewith getting my car fixed as I hate collision repair and the process that comes with it. My car was damaged on the driver side door from a truck running into me on the highway. The job needed a major dent fixed and new paint. Overall the turn around for the job was 1 and half weeks. They were super honest and up front about everything. Went to three other shops for estimates and they were really wishy washy about their pricing. I feel as though collision shops are notorious for unfair price games. This experience was easy as should have been. Would totally recommend this shop.

They were ready to fix any trouble that was brought up, but at the end of the day that's the job. CON: Maaco called me to tell me my car is ready, and gave it to me with errors not once but TWICE. I originally brought my car into Maaco (brand new 2023) for a car accident (the only one the car has ever been in). I chose Maaco because they were the shop who said they'd take it in earlier than any other place-- perfect, so I'd get my car back sooner. They called me on Friday to tell me my car is ready-- I went to pick it up on Saturday. I start driving away, and the car is over heating. The mechanic DID NOT (1) put coolant in the car (2) the car was not cleaned out (3) the car had over paint on the wheel well. I turned around immediately and they quickly fixed these issues- calling me on the following Monday. So Monday I COME BACK, I drive all the way home (30 mins) and my car still isn't warm. My heat was set to 83, and like I said my car is brand new- I'd never had a single issue. My car takes about 8 minutes to heat up so I thought this was really strange. I left Maaco at 248pm, and I left the car running until 4pm-- still never got warm. I called them back, DROPPED THE CAR BACK OFF. The very next day, Tuesday, they called me to tell me the car is ready. After having to get someone to drive me here THREE times, my car is finally correct and coming home fully intact. Maaco blamed it on their "new mechanic" but the reality of it is Maaco called me to tell me it was ready. Maaco decided the car was done. The mechanic messed up by not putting coolant in it (I MEAN COME ON!), then by not ensuring the heat was working ???. At the end of the day, I could NEVER RECOMMEND this place & I won't be returning with ANY vehicle. The hassle, stress, and unprofessionalism was overwhelmly cumbersome. Yes, everything was corrected; but it should've been checked before notifying the customer. Although Maaco did "just want to get [my] car back as soon as possible" the lack of triple checking made an unfortunate situation worse.
