Before Henry touched my car, the sunroof would at least open all the way but would get stuck when closing. Henry hooked up a diagnostic tool and kept manipulating the sunroof. He managed to get the sunscreen to close but not the actual sunroof. A couple of days later, I realized the sunroof wouldn't open at all anymore after he worked on it. To make matters worse, I later noticed he had loosened a screw on the sunroof and didn't even tighten it back. I contacted him to come back and fix what he made worse, and at first, he said he would--but then gave me the runaround. I paid him $95 and even tipped $20, and now my sunroof is in worse condition than before. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. I brought it into Royal Tech, and Yen did some research on the issue and was able to replace my transmission solenoids and the ribbon belt instead of replacing the entire transmission. The VW dealership had told me I'd need a new transmission ($2000 repair on a $1300 car? Uh, no thank you.) Yen's wife was able to pick me up from my house when my car was ready. I ended up paying *exactly* what I was quoted - $843. A+ repair work, friendly service, and honest people all at a fair and reasonable price. I will come back to Royal Tech every time I need a repair.

A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly.
