From my very first vehicle to the one I drive now, Ozzy has been the only person I trust to look at my cars. Every time I've bought a new vehicle, I brought it straight to him because I know he will give me the truth and nothing but the truth. What makes Ozzy different is his character. No matter how busy he is, if I stop by with a concern, he always listens to what I'm saying, and takes the time to explain what's going on. That kind of patience and kindness is rare. Recently, I was going through a lot personally, and on top of that, my car suddenly showed a warning saying "battery power is reduced." I was scared to even drive it. I went straight to Ozzy. He came outside, looked at everything, and instantly knew what the problem was. When he told me the price, I was shocked--but then he said something I will never forget: "As a goodwill courtesy, I'll take care of it." Who does that? Tell me--what mechanic does that in 2026? I dropped the car off the next day, went to work, and a few hours later he called to say it was DONE. What should have cost me around $1,000 ended up costing me nothing because he saw I was struggling and chose to help. That is the kind of man he is. Not to mention his staff--especially the gentleman I believe is his brother. They are all respectful, honest, and genuinely good people. They treat you like family, not like a dollar sign. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, come in early, the inspection only takes 30 minutes. I arrived as the place opened (730am) and was told that the inspection does take 30 minutes, however, I couldnt wait for the car, those appointments were not available, drop it off, it'll be done by 4pm. No reason given, no "sorry a guy called out sick", nothing. Absolutely insane way to run a business. No chance Im ever going back.

No matter how much prep you do for your vehicle you always forget something for me it was brakes. Specifically my rear brakes and an oil change. Working a 6/10 schedule and only having Sundays off isn't conducive to getting work down on your car. But I called peak performance and talked to Vince. We scheduled the appointment ahead a few days and I was able to get my car in. Their technicians knocked out the short laundry list of stuff on my car quickly and at a good price. I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. It's always a gamble on the road finding a good reputable shop with good customer service and quality techs. Peak performance is one of those good shops.
