The staff are friendly and helpful, and I rarely have to wait very long to get my business taken care of. Bring cash!

The woman took her time, looked at everything, had me try on the dress and knew exactly what bothered me about the fit before I said anything. The best part is that she promised to have it ready the next day. I dropped it off on a Thursday and the event is Saturday, so I wanted to play it safe and have it by Friday. I'm very happy and grateful that she was able to accommodate me such short notice. 4 stars because I haven't seen the alteration yet but I'm sure it will be fine. It wasn't anything major.

For those looking to dry clean special items, if you must (and you should), pin point the problem spots to the owner and he will take care of it. The price is fair but most likely higher than regular Queens dry cleaners, due to location, however, they always do a great job (for small quantities in my experience) in restoring my winter peacoat or dresses. I highly recommend bringing your own tote bag as they do not give bags (in NYC anymore) to carry out your clothing. The turn around time and cost always works out for me.
