Yesterday I reached out for details and was told they "dropped the ball" and we had not been rebooked. The customer service agent claimed she had no record of our ever being told we rebooked (I sent her the emails). She said we were refunded, then changed her story when I said I saw no refund and said we were never charged. No offer to book another class. Even a confirmation email from them does NOT mean you have a reservation!

My husband and I took part in a date night cooking night with two other couples and we had a blast. Chef Jesse was delightful, funny, and informative.
