I asked for low maintenance, lived in, dimensional lightening and that is exactly what I got! Quinn listens to your hair goals and does a great job meeting your expectations. I only want to come in for color once or twice a year, and Quinn not only makes sure my color will grow out seamlessly between visits, but also never pressures me to come in more or add additional services. No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.
