When I decided to have a tooth extracted in the upper back area of my mouth; they presented me with a multi step treatment plan (many thousands of dollars) at which point I communicated that I had no intent to get implants etc because the gap would not be visible. Come surgery day, my surgeon went ahead and did a bone graft anyway. At the end of my follow up appointment a couple weeks later, the office manager pulled me aside and demanded over $800 additional for the bone graft. I communicated that I did not agree to that, had communicated my intentions earlier, and had only scheduled the appointment for the extraction. She quickly offered me a discount on the next step of the process (which hints to me that she knew they over reached) and I instead stated I should be discounted for the bone graft that I didn't ask for. She didn't budge, so I just paid up and found a new dentist immediately. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, the office shouldn't cause their patients undue financial strain on top of it. I was up front that I wanted extraction only and they performed extra work anyway. You can shake me down for the $800 since it's advisable to get a bone graft anyway, but it should be at a time of my choosing, not yours. If SDA reads this - a little communication and not making assumptions goes a long way!

Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism caused me unnecessary stress, financial damage, and an unfinished treatment.

I feel so lucky to have gotten a cleaning about 6 months back because just recently I ran into a dental emergency where a crown fell out and luckily I had somewhere to go. They got me in that day - and were so nice and thorough. It's obviously not a fun experience and they made me feel at ease. I had considered going to a dental office nearby named something like "The Apprehensive Patient," because that was the perfect word to describe how I felt prior to my first exam. This office is located in small shopping plaza, and the interior isn't anything to scream about, however my overall experience there so far has been great! My first visit was to get an exam and cleaning, after years of not seeing a dentist I thought I would have numerous cavities and other problems. However, I only had one small cavity, so a follow-up appointment to get a filling was in order. The actual cleaning was great, the nice dental assistant did a great job explaining what she was doing and talked pleasantly with me throughout. Everything was great, then the nice doctor,Noelle Signoriello, came into to give me my actual exam. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. During my subsequent visit to get a filling, I was not as apphrensive, partly because I enoyed my first visit to this office, and partly because the last time I had to see the dentist, I was a young nervous teenager, but now I've grown out of that! I again had Dr. Signoriello, a nice young dentist who is probably in her mid to late 20's. Some people may take her youth as a bad thing, but I thought she was great and her presumed recent training likely means she was educated on all the latest and greatest dental techniques, procedures, and technologies that more seasoned doctors may have not been educated on. But then again what the heck do I know about dentists' training patterns. Dr. Signoriello was nice and since I had a minor cavity offered me the choice of Novacaine or no Novacaine for my filling procedure. I chose no Novacaine with the caveat that if I was in pain I would let her know, and we would then shoot me up with the numbing agent. However, I felt no pain and thus never needed Novacaine which I would associate with Dr. Signoriello's skill. Aside from her skill, my wife who is also a patient at this office, told Dr. Signoriello that she has the best "bedside manner of any dentist she's ever been to." I totally agree with my wife, she not only had skills with a drill, but also made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I see that this is the first review, but this five stars is well deserved! I went there feeling apprehensive about going to the dentist, but the next time I may actually look forward to going there!

This is 100% not true, I'm a aspiring Hare Krsna devotee and we practice tolerance and never upset anyone. I was compassionate and she was not understanding of my unique situation and kept telling me the same stuff like a robot. She wanted me to come in for a 15 min appointment when I live 3000 miles away and was not compassionate, kind, or understanding or the situation. She ended the call rudely and said fine, have your Dad call him. Today My father called me and told me the Dr Shecklian called him and said I was rude which is an exaggerated tale, and I really wish I had the call recorded. This is not normal behavior for a grown women working in a dentist office. I talk to people all day long from around the world and rarly have any problems with anyone. Anyone who knows me, Knows I'm beyond reasonable and never rude or judgmental to anyone but the way this women dealt with me was not polite and I would never hire someone who can't communicate with customers. I run over ten companies and rarely have problems with anyone and when I do I immediately resolve them though empathy and a loving heart. Customer service is #1 in any business and the fact that Im an past patient and need medical treatment for an emergency and get treated like this is NOT OK. This dentist is awesome and highly skilled and Im sad he hung up on my father as my father always thought highly of Mark. Apparently Mark hung up on my father after he called him and told him what the secretary exaggerated. Not to mention he said that he doesn't wanna have me as a patient anymore. This is crazy, What a crazy world we live in. This secretary needs to take some classes on communication and emotional stability.
