I have been coming to aesthetic dental solutions for five years and have nothing but great things to say about it. I now live 45 minutes away and still make the drive. The times I've come in with concerns over specific issues, Dr. Kamel and her staff have taken genuine time to talk to me about the issue I have and identify what the causes could be and how to prevent it. The times when I come in just for a cleaning I always leave feeling great. All of the techs I've had have never caused me any pain during cleaning and are very thorough. They have TVs in the exam rooms but I don't really take advantage of this, I'm not really a nervous patient. read more

This dentist does not know the meaning of the word "Aesthetic." I am a physician and in addition to a condescending and non-accommodating attitude there is definitely a drawn out process of having necessary work done. My significant other had chipped FRONT tooth and this was not fixed after three visits which were scheduled because of other non-essential areas on the mouth that were addressed first. When I called to ask about this, as he has other medical problems I was told that I'm no longer to call and inquire about his treatment plan even though I'm on the HIPAA form. I have never dealt with unprofessionalism of this magnitude. I certainly do not recommend. read more

I switched to Aesthetic this past week after 40 years with another Dentist and Aesthetic are qute superb. I'm very happy that I have made the switch. I saw 5 staff members for an XRay, Scan, Cleaning, Teeth Inspection and fpr filling out the paperwork and all the staff were charming and efficient. Was decent at the start for general dentistry, But when I had to rescheduled an app due to a work call I was told I have to pay $50 for changing my appointment because it was only a few hours before the appointment this is insane and today 06/20 /2023 extremely unprofessional I was called one hour before to be extortion for money otherwise they won't see me and they would charge me another $50 for not going I don't recommend going to this place for this people money is first before the patient they don't care about their patients only about the money read more

Went to Aesthetic Dental for a general cleaning, and they did an amazing job. My appointment took a long time, but by the end my teeth were insanely clean. All plaque and bacteria was cleaned out, and methods to keep it from happening again were described to me. Aesthetic Dental was so much better than my previous dentist, I will definitely be going back. I am already telling everyone I know to switch to Aesthetic Dental if they are in need of a new dentist. read more

I just started going to Dr Kamel as I was not happy with my previous dentist. She was highly recommended by my Ex - who happens to work at th Rutgers Dental School - so when she talks dentists I listen. I must say I have never be n happier with a dentist in my life. She actually listens to your concerns and has an amazing gentleness in her approach - which is perfect as I am a big baby when it comes to dental work. Interestingly enough I had 2 emergencies - almost back to back: a concern surrounding a possible infection/cavity for which I needed a second opinion and a tooth shattering while eating lunch. In both cases I was able to get an appointment ASAP - knowing my situation they cared and got me in. My prior dentist made me wait 2 weeks and gave me a flippant answer when j saw them which led me to the second opinion. Now undergoing treatment for my most immediate needs and will be assessing the big picture concurrently. As part of this had to have my tooth reconstructed which Inclided cleaning out the old filling. Now I've been here before and dread the drill sound and no matter what I have always felt pain no matter how much novacain I've been given. Was I surprised when a) I didn't even feel the needle for the anaesthetic b) did not feel ANYTHING at all NO PAIN! She is a miracle worker and is super nice as well! Office staff is fantastic - everyone is friendly, accommodative and happy to listen to you and explain things if needed. If you are looking for a new dentist look no further Dr Kamel is the best! read more

I recently visited Dr. Kamel for the first time. My dentist of 35 years retired. I chose Aesthetic Dental Solutions because of great recommendations from work colleagues. I was not disappointed. My visit was a very pleasant experience. The office is modern, as is the dental equipment. The staff is super friendly and competent. I had a thorough cleaning and a full set of X-rays and pictures. I was spared the need to find my records. Dr. Kamel has 20 years experience but is young and will be in practice for many more years. She is upbeat and sets the tone for a stress free dental experience. In addition, if you lack dental insurance, the practice offers a low cost membership plan, which bypasses the need for insurance. Today was my first visit at this office for an Invisalign consult. They had a machine that scanned my mouth and showed in a couple mins how my teeth would change after treatment. I love that this office is up to date with modern technology! I was slightly on the fence about doing it and after seeing my results on the screen it made my choice easy! I'm excited to return to this office not only for Invisalign but all my dental needs as I am now making them my primary dental office. Dr. Kamel and staff are friendly, patient and well knowledged. I have never been a big fan of visiting the dentist but all that changed when I started using Aesthetic Dental. With the coffee, Massage chairs, terrific staff and cable TV it beats the heck out of going to work. And yes.....Of course the Dentists are tops! It's nice to be treated like a VIP. This is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. From the time I make my appointment to leaving the dentist office my experience is always great. The person who sets the appointment is always enthusiastic and helpful with my questions, unlike other places where they get annoyed when you ask too many questions. I never really have to wait for a long time when I arrive at the office for my appointment. The lady at the front desk always greet right when I walk in which makes me feel very welcomed. All the assistants are really nice as well. They always ask how my day is when they direct me to the room and keeping me informed of what they're going to do first. The hygienists are great. They are very gentle and take their time to check on every tooth. They also care a lot about their patients because every time I go for cleaning they always emphasize on how important it is to floss and encourage me to do so! Dr. Kamel and the other doctor that I had two days ago are both really nice and informative. I brought my husband here for the second time and he really likes this dentist office. BUYER BEWARE! I was a patient from 2011-2012 and now in 2014 my teeth are falling apart. I no longer live in new jersey but I had a filling fall out of my mouth along with half my tooth so I called the front desk and they said to come back so they could "asses their work" and "take good care of me". I drove several hours to get there and when I arrived they looked at my tooth, Dr. Kamel told me I should have gotten a crown instead of a filling. Well, I would have done whatever she said so I was misdiagnosed and now it is my problem? So she cleaned out my tooth and put in a temporary filling and sent me on my way with a a recommendation for a specialist. So I drove hours to get here and I paid $200 out of pocket for an apology? That is absolutely ridiculous. The front desk and hygienist staff used to be wonderful but the women I encountered during this visit didn't know what they were talking about and treated me with attitude. I will NEVER be back. If you care about the long life of your teeth, find another dentist! read more
