    I am and still having a horrible experience with this office. Please do not make the mistake of…read morethinking they care for your well being because they do not. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message they will not return your call. They will not provide an email to correspond if you have a concern you will have to drive there. My first day there I explained to the lady at front desk who sends the claim to the insurance. That I already been speaking to insurance co and they had given me explicit instructions when submitting my claim or it would be denied she said ok and she would call insurance co the next day. I left and following week called to confirm she called and no answer so I left voicemail. After repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails weeks passed by on for me to realize that I was being ignored. This concerned me because their surgeon was out for the month my first visit to their office was June 3 she did not send the claim until June 10 and she never called the insurance as she assured me she would on my first visit. The appointment for surgeon was supposed to be July 7. As July 7 was getting a few days away still no response so I had to drive to office to get answers because they don't pick up phone or answer voicemails. Once I get there she informs me that I won't be able to have the July 7 appointment. When was she going to tell me this? I'm only now hearing this after I had to drive to office. She tried to tell me that her protocol is to not call insurance co which was disturbing because I explained this to her a month ago when I came in for first appointment. On the first appointment she made no mention of this "protocol" she's now hiding behind. She lied to my face and she never called the insurance co in the month I was waiting. They wasted no time billing my insurance for the visit but couldn't make 1 phone call to insurance company on my behalf. As I come in to office to confront her on the lies, disregarding my case, and their inability to communicate. She suggested that I go somewhere else because she didn't want to call insurance. Now she's saying things like "oh we don't do these procedures you should go somewhere else." How convenient for her I should leave so she doesn't have to be held accountable for doing her job or be held accountable for her neglect. In fact, they do the procedures she just didn't like being called out for treating people like shit. This industry is a dirty business they just care about billing your insurance. I felt I was not treated like a person. They ignored all my concerns and disregarded me. How do you trust these people with your life I have to go under anesthesia with a surgeon at your office and your playing games ? Lying? Ignoring my calls and voicemails concerning my health.
