My significant other had chipped FRONT tooth and this was not fixed after three visits which were scheduled because of other non-essential areas on the mouth that were addressed first. Due to my condition, some would probably recommend dental procedures where I can be put to sleep. However, there are no facilities in my area (jersey city) that provide sedation dentistry while also accepting my insurance. Many offices do not accept my plan, others have closed due to personal problems in their, and some such as Rutgers University, have waiting lists of five years or more . Your office is one of the only providers available to me that accepts my insurance and allows transportation through my plan. Being told that you are not comfortable performing a procedure that my insurance covers has added unnecessary stress and hardship to an already difficult situation. your response Clearbrook Advanced Dental Care (Owner) We genuinely empathize with the physical and emotional trauma you've endured. However, our dental facility lacks the necessary certification and capacity to treat individuals with your specific needs. While there are legal implications associated with treating you, our primary concern is your health. We would be more than willing to help you find a facility that better aligns with your requirements. Response to your Comment: I am responding to your comment to clarify my medical situation. My medical provider, who prescribes and monitors my Spravato treatment, has provided written documentation stating that I am medically cleared to safely undergo dental procedures using local anesthesia on the same day as my treatment. I have spent over three years trying to find a dental provider. Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure care elsewhere due to limited access--many offices do not accept my insurance, one have closed, and Rutgers University has extremely long waitlists. At this time, your office is the only option available to me that accepts my insurance and works with my transportation coverage. Since my last visit, my condition has worsened. I am now experiencing food getting trapped in my mouth, and it feels like there may be a hole forming near one of my teeth. This is causing increased discomfort, stress, and anxiety. I have submitted all required medical documentation and followed every step necessary for approval. Being denied care under these circumstances has caused additional emotional distress. I respectfully ask that you reconsider my case given the medical clearance and urgency of my condition.

I made the appointment under the assumption that he could do a splint, as his receptionist told me he could do splints. Also, he had done an implant and a veneer for me in the past, so I thought he could help me again. But, my implant, and my veneer are very different, they do not match, as they were supposed to. The veneer is smaller and the implant is longer. I was not happy with the $7000 worth of work he did the first time. But, this was something more of an emergency and they had an open appointment. So, now to summarize, I had the dentist wiggle my teeth with pliers, make them looser, then tell me there's nothing they can do. I am worse off then when I started and now need to find a new emergency dentist for my loose teeth, which are now, thanks to the dentist Lei Xu. To be honest, I am now sitting in my car, in the parking lot of the dentist, weeping. My teeth are clicking worse in and out of place now.
